The stitching wore out on this "overlap" seam on an old pair of work boots. Great boots that I ware a lot. Would cost a lot of $$ to have it fixed by a boot cobbler. Figured it was worth spending $10 to see if it works, stands the test of time. Glued the seam in May. Wore them off and on all summer doing various outdoor stuff. That seem is in a place that is subjected to a lot of "forces", pulling etc. 5+ months later it is still sealed tight. Very impressed. For kicks and giggles I glued the sole back on to an old pare of sneakers. More then half it on both pairs were flapping. Wasn't sure if it would work because I was gluing the soles to the cloth underside of the sneakers. Months later lots of use in my gardens still holding. This stuff is perfect to glue the rubber toe back on sneakers etc. Works great gluing leather soles that have pulled away when the stitching has worn through. Use it on some of my leather horse tac. In short I highly recommend this product. I bought more to keep on hand. Strong glue, that I am sure can be used on other things then leather. Better then supper glue

Only worth the price great quality and consistency that overly messy. I used them on my work boots and they are definitely waterproof. I run in them and have to lift things in them and they seem to work and function just fine. There’s no leakage of water into my boots overall I’m very pleased.

Just use this one! Works as it should. It’s easy to use and works great. Just follow the directions.

The reason I chose this product was for its pointed applicator tip, and am glad I did. I have a pair of rubber Boggs rain boots and needed a precision tip to be able to apply the glue to a small crack forming between my boot and its sole. The glue did not dry as quickly as I expected (not as quickly as super glue that I’ve used before), but I left my boot to dry overnight and it wormed well. I ran the boot under the sink and can confirm that the glue is waterproof, which is obviously important for mending rain boots. :)

This stuff is amazing. I use it on my Ryka Water Shoes, which always come apart at the sole. This takes care of it. Put a generous amount on the inside of the sole of the shoe, clamp overnight, and voila! New shoe.

The glue is only so so. It held for a few weeks, but the soles are coming apart again.
