Sena Parani A20 Bluetooth Intercom Headset

I just completed a 3,000 bike ride on my Harley. I rode a few days with a buddy and he had the same unit as me. We paired them very easily and were able to talk to each other during the ride. The only thing is if you fall behind and lose the pairing you will have to come back together (side by side) to pair again or stop and pair safely. Otherwise they will be awesome to communicate with each other during the ride. If you were riding with a passenger it wouldn't be a problem and talking to each other is like sitting next to each other in the car. And... you can make phone calls while you are driving simply by using commands so your eyes are always on the road. I talked to friends along the way and they were blown away when they learned I was talking to them while riding. They said the sound quality was amazing. I used the button mic instead of the boom. It fits nicely and doesn't get any road noise. The only issue I had was my ability to hear them sometimes. When I was riding 70 mph it was a bit difficult but slower speeds were no problem totally worth the price.

Purchased two of these, along with a Parani A10, for use during light motorsports. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, I could not get the A10 to pair with the A20s. I followed all the instructions in both manuals to the letter, performed multiple factory resets, updated the firmware, and even contacted Parani for assistance (who assured me that the A10 should work with the A20.) Ultimately, Parani advised me to return my A10. It's possible that I just had a defective unit, but I suspect there may just be a bug in the firmware. For now, I'm sticking with the A20s, which work great with each other.

Compré dos intercomunicadores esperando una calidad aceptable, pero lamentablemente la experiencia fue decepcionante. Uno de ellos después de solo 4 usos, el micrófono dejó de funcionar completamente, no sufrió golpes ni mal uso, simplemente dejó de funcionar, la calidad general del dispositivo no es buena. Los materiales se sienten frágiles y poco duraderos, adicional que no se cuenta con accesorios del mismo modelo para reemplazar y la garantía con el fabricante es nula no se recibe respuesta, resalto el servicio de Amazon que ofreció un reembolso parcial por la falla reportada, algo que no realiza el fabricante.

Easy to connect and use, long lasting battery for several short rides and even good for a full day ride. Easy to switch between intercom and wireless audio functions. Good sound volume

Sonido muy regular, el micrófono se escucha muy mal, es realmente molesto usarlo pues no te escuchan. Tiene buena duración de batería

El producto cumple con sus especificaciones. Compré dos, uno para mi otro para mi pareja, los probamos el ruta y se escucha muy bien, omite los sonidos del ambiente incluso el viento. La calidad del audio es buena y son fáciles de instalar. La calidad de los materiales se ve bien. Producto precio-calidad muy bueno.

The desing it's good , it's easy to operate when You are already on the Road. The thing it's when you are at Home and wanna connect more than 2 divices, it's hard to set wich it's gonna be team leader A and wich it's gonna be B and C because the pairing it's ramdon, also when You are back to only 2 divices usually just hace to reset the divice.

Der Parani A20 gefällt mir sehr gut und stellt eine echte Alternative zu teuren Produkten dar.

Es el 3 intercomunicador Parani que compro. Voy a ir al grano con las cosas buenas: -Acabado premium -Conexión estable y de largo alcance -Duración de batería -Pantalla LCD -Segunda marca de Sena Cosas no tan buenas: -No tiene radio -Intercomunicador solo compatible con otros Parani En resumen, si lo vas a usar individualmente, es perfecto. Si es para usarlo en compañía con otros Parani, también es perfecto. Si es para hablar con otros intercomunicadores, no es válido y en ese caso, mejor optar por otro marca.

The bluetooth is light easy to connect, sound is very good and even while riding u talk the people could hear u very clearly. Well done Parani 20.
