General Finishes Water Based Wood Stain, 1 Pint, Provincial

It is not a gel stain. It is a water base stain

I am only giving this particular can a one, all other products I’ve bought from GF have been great. I could not find an email for product support to ask why this occurred. I ordered this provincial water based wood stain back in September for a project that I finally made time for. I removed the metal sealing tabs that GF puts on their rims, opened the product and a hug black blob was in the container. It has been stored in a temperature controlled room, I don’t know what would cause it to do this?

Terrible product. I have ordered products from them twice. And both times I have received faulty products. The stain was a gelatinous blob. I have no idea what’s going on with shipping but this product is completely useless and faulty. Thank goodness I can return it. I heard great things about this companies product but I can’t risk getting another faulty product.

Perfect to change the look of my wood project, but it rubs of when cleaning

I used it on a laminate furniture, perfect!!!
