20/10 seriously if you’re debating it don’t! I use a disc and a cup and you know how stinky it can get (not only your disc/cup but your hands) and when I use this there is no stink whatsoever. I use it as hand soap too and it works wonders. Love the clean ingredients and would recommend a 1,000 times over!

I use this for my diva cup every day during my period and it helps it stay fresh and clean. I also sanitize it at the end of my cycle but this cleaner helps give it a clean after I dump it each time and keeps it looking new.
