Unfortunately, this became faulty, it happens with the best of products.When I reached out to the supplier, I received promptly friendly and courteous service.There was no quibble and my replacement hard drive is on its way.Great after sales service makes all the difference.

Lasted 24 hours - Do not rely on this disc
First of all, it required to be formatted, unlike every other storage disc I've ever bought. That should have been an omen. Moved over a load of important documents, family videos etc. 24 hours later, connected it up and it could not be recognised. Tried it on a number of PC's, no change. Finally, it said it needed to be formatted. Thinking of returning a disc with all my personal information on is not something I relished, so I thought formatting it would be good as it would delete the info. Unfortunately Windows was not able to format it. For me, this was a back-up device, so I haven't lost anything, but should I have had to use it "in anger" I would have been in a terrible situation. Not happy at all about returning this disc.

stopped working after about 6 months
After just 6 months of use the hard drive has stopped working and is non longer being detected by xbox have tried on multiple xbox's too. However company did reach out and refunded me for the order so good customer service.
