It took me one day to install by myself with two kids running around me and the instructions were easy to follow.I’ve had this bed since May 2013. I dont have a single complaint. My youngest uses the bottom of the twin bed basically as a jungle gym. I’ve had a procedure done and have also used the middle top bar to assist with sitting up. The bed is sturdy when put together correctly.I love the color, it has a great esthetic and is tru to color. It doesn’t weigh much, I’m able to move it around in my room by myself, however I have wood floors. It doesn’t weigh much not make any noise despite that my oldest jumps in the top from time to timeMy weight: 160 lbsOldest: 45 lbsYoungest: 33 lbs

Nice bed. Well-designed and built. Key is organizing everything at the beginning with easy access. Very sturdy. Allow room for outlets. Used provided tools then electric drill on final screws in slats.

It’s a good, sturdy, pretty bed. It took two days for me to put together by myself, but that was with two boys under the age of three dividing my attention. It’s simple enough to put together, a little time consuming, would definitely have been easier with two people.I like the color. It’s very sturdy, we’ve been sleeping on it the last few nights. We like that’s it’s actual wood, not plastic or metal. My husband appreciates the height between bunks as he’s pretty tall. This was an excellent purchase. Definitely worth the price.

My 60# daughter climbed up on the finished thing and the whole thing wiggles. My husband is good at setting things up- when he saw the wiggling he asked me if we can return it. Cheap. Not sturdy. Wish I would not have bought it.

Absolutely love this bed. My girls love this bed. It’s very durable and good quality. I immediately purchased this bed for my girls after I purchased one, in a different color, for my boys.

The media could not be loaded. The bed is sturdy and perfect. Took days weeks to finally pick this bed. I had found one prior, but upon checking out on Amazon I then realized I was to be charged shipping fee. So my search continued. Thankfully I found this very nice made bed. I am 52 and a grandmother. I put this bed completely together myself. 7 hrs total. I had to walk away a couple times. Directions are not the best. Would recommend laying everything out prior to doing anything else. I opened boxes up while they leaned up right on wall. Each piece came out with ease. Made grouping them together easier for build.Do not open any screws or hardware until you have come to that part of build. Follow steps or you will surely be unscrewing and re screwing.And a heads up the last screw that goes in is a nightmare. Very basic instructions. Don’t over think them. And simply follow them step by step.

I was very pleased with these bunk beds from Max+Lily. I bought two sets for the same room for my second home which is also a rental home when we are not there. The double bed on the bottom and single on the top gives us a lot of "heads in beds" options.The colour I chose has variance and that is great for the room we have, greys and browns.I did build these almost all on my own. There was one tricky part where I had to call in a neighbour for help with a lift on the first bunkbed but upon building the second bunkbed I was able to switch up the order and build it completely on my own.I was worried about the size of the beds being overwhelming but there is a high ceiling in the room and it worked out perfectly. The built in ladders is a big space saver.

The bed once finished looks nice. Unfortunately, several of the pieces were damaged, possibly in packaging, possibly in transit. They also, were unfinished in painting, as well as had holes that looked like staple holes (and not for the pre-drilled reasoning). The bed may be cheap to some standards, but I don’t want to have to spend any amount of money to get damaged goods.
