Works as it should with bimmerlink and bimmer code on my phone. 2010 mini cooper r56

Bluetooth didn’t work. Unit powered up and green light illuminated but blue light never came on and never emitted a Bluetooth signal. Tried everything, searched online and no luck.

EDIT 21/12/2020: Changed my rating to 5 stars. The folks at bimmercode reached out with an update, and that fixed connectivity. Able to run Bimmercode on my 2007 E90 without issues. Coding went smooth. Great product. The description says "🚓 100% COVERAGE of vehicles supported by BimmerCode. Supports TP transmission protocol, ensure wireless communication security. " AND THAT IS A LIE. I tried to use it with a 2007 E90 328i, and it is unable to connect to the vehicle. Bimmer link works ok, but I got this for Bimmercode specifically (mainly to change the battery type and yes, too take a look at what other options I could change). Started researching and it seems that this one works for 2008 and up E90, so NO SUPPORT FOR 2005 to 2007? NOWHERE in the product description there is a mention that this will not work on Bimmercode on 2005-2007 E series. Sure, it is on the BOX that I received AFTER purchasing. EXTREMELY dissapointed, feels like a rip off.
