Here's my un-boxing experience with photos. Package came in 2 days, on time via Prime, however I wasn't home so I received a notice it went to my local post office. The box is heavy and requires either 2 people or a cart to move it. The post office lent me their dolly and I transported the package to my van no problem. The package had some torn corners (due to it's weight and being swiveled on concrete to move it) but the packaging was very heavy duty and I could tell there would be no damage to the inside items. Upon opening the box, I was at first startled by how many pieces there were in it! (see photo) I thought it was going to take a lot of assembly, BUT, once I took out each piece it was actually very few pieces, it just looked that way in the box. Everything was well wrapped and protected. It came with all the nuts and bolts packaged very clearly in a step-by-step order. They also supply all the tools needed to do the assembly including 2 wrenches, hex wrench and phillips screwdriver. The assembly manual was very clear as well. Assembly: I would say one person could assemble it on their own, but for the very first stage of assembly, I had my son hold up one of the heavy steel legs as it was hard to hold it and bolt it at the same time. NOTE: the 2 wrenches supplied are stamped steel and both are needed - one to hold the bolts, the other to tighten the nuts. There is some pretty heavy torque need to turn these nuts and about half-way through the assembly one of the wrenches 'stripped', meaning it bent under the pressure and could not hold the nut tight enough. (watch your knuckles!) So I had to use my own crescent wrench for the rest of the assembly. Quality: Everything is very good quality with powder coasted steel and a good solid tilting board. It makes you wonder how they make these things at such a low cost. It has to be volume. NOTE: I did find one of the handle bars came with a slight tear in the foam. I don't think I did that because I was very careful with my knife when unpack-aging it. It happens to be in a place where I will be grabbing the foam a lot so the tear will potentially get bigger over time. We shall see. Use: The foot holders are adjustable and I was able to find a setting that held my feet in, but I'll need to play with it as it isn't that comfortable as I'd like when hanging upside down. I also was able to set it all to fit my 9 year old son (who of course HAD to try it). The tilt is very smooth and my centre of gravity was almost perfect. I am 5'9" and didn't need to adjust the headrest. I find it works very well and even though it only tilts to 85 degrees (not fully straight up and down), it doesn't need to, as I found that angle made me fully extended and supported. I imagine if you take out and over-ride the pin that determines what angle you want, you could hang straight up and down. Wow - does it ever feel good to let out all the stress and just relax my back on this thing. I'll have to get used to the blood going to my head so I have only been doing about a minute or two at a time. I would recommend this product as it is good quality at a great price.

I really love this inversion table. I have had it for 2-3 months now and have used it plenty. I bought it mainly for help with tension in my back, shoulders, and neck. It has helped so much! Honestly, I think one of the most helpful aspects that I started to notice almost immediately is it just gets more blood flow to those areas that rarely get any when they are tense and tight from stress. I even noticed it helping to loosen up my jaw, seemingly for the same reasons. The increased(forced) blood flow getting to those areas was almost refreshing, as again they are usually so pinched when I am stressed and wound up that are rock solid. Since this is my first inversion table experience, I will add that the best way I can think to describe it when I use it is that I feel like I have just had a massage. Again, I think this must be because of the increased circulation? At any rate, it is really sturdy, was slow-and-steady but easy to put together, and has delivered in all of the ways I hoped it would. Three tips: first, until you get used to it, you really do want to wear shoes with tongues so that you don't feel much pressure on your feet; I am pretty used to it now, so as long as it is a gentler inversion my feet are fine. Second, if you are not used to inversion tables (as I wasn't), you really do want to start off at 15 degrees, see how it feels, go to 30, then 45. When you are first doing it, I wouldn't even suggest going about 45 for multiple sessions, but that is up to you. You will get a lot of pressure in your head, though, ha. Third, definitely be honest with yourself about how you will store the table. If left out, perfect, no issues there, but if you need to slide it under a bed or in a closet, really consider whether it is going to fit. I think the clearance I had read in another review (that ended up being correct) was that you need something like 17 inches for this to fit, meaning your bed frame would need to be 17 inches off the ground to fit your inversion table under it. I would get out the measuring tape before ordering if you think that will be an issue! And reply to my comment if you truly need an exact measurement; I am not near my table right now as I am writing ;) Lastly, I think this was a great value for all of the relief I get for the price I paid.

Very sturdy but padding lets it down around the ankles and top of the feet when inverted. Needs more support and padding as had to wear angle boot to prevent pain

This table does wonders for the back. It's not difficult to assemble but may take an hour or more if done alone. It is good quality and sturdy. This is a very nice inversion table. Be sure to read the 'how to' instructions before just jumping on and giving it a try. You'd be surprised how this stretches out the muscles in your body. I highly recommend this item.
