Hello! 
how do i factory reset this device?. it says "no command"

Dear MUNBYN Customer,
IPDA056 Android 8.1 Barcode Scanner factory reset  step:
1. Go to system settings app > System > Reset options
2. Select Erase all data(factory reset) > RESET PHONE

Please note: After the reset is complete, the previous cache will be deleted (including your account, information inside the PDA, etc.)
If you encounter a problem with scanning, you can perform a restore, which will reload the scanned parts.

How do i use the device on quickbook and dhl, ups, i need to scan the barcode but he will not enable the scanning head only the rear camera

The IPDA056 can be used with scan output in cursor mode. 
Can be perfect compatible with Quickbook and DHL, UPS.
The main reason for this is that Quickbook and DHL, UPS, needs to be compatible with other Android phones and was not developed specifically for PDAs, so tapping the camera button will call up the rear camera.
We have made it compatible so that it can be scanned and output properly within the app for your quick use!
