Best gluten free "Shake and bake" ever. I use at least once a week and I have it on Subscribe and Save. It tastes great on chicken and pork.Simply coat the meat, however you want. I use a paper plate, not the enclosed bag and bake. Or air fry. You can also put it on the stove top with a little oil.Either way, it tastes great.

So tasty, I just make this gluten free version for my whole family.

I usually make all my own seasoning and coatings from scratch but this caught my eye and ever since the first time I've tried it I've been keeping it in the house all the time. It's a very light and crispy coating that's well seasoned. I've put it on everything from vegetables to fish and chicken in the air fryer or the oven.

Good stuff

I am dairy, gluten and soy free. These make THE BEST coating for chicken tenders, fish, salmon cakes… you name it. They are so good and I’m so glad to have found this product to broaden my food options!! It is absolutely delicious and it’s safe for me to eat! Even my husband and son , that don’t have allergies love it! Yuuuuum!

I have tried many coatings for chicken and pork and this, hands down, is the best for mimicking it's fried version. I add parmesan cheese to make the amount stretch a bit more and that adds even more flavor to the coating. I only wish they would give you more per packet; otherwise you sometimes have to use both packets (entire box) to coat 6 pieces of meat.I either bake or place it in the air fryer. Both ways create a crispy coating.I buy this by the case because I use it so often. If I do get the plain, I just add my own seasonings plus the parmesan cheese.You cannot go wrong with this brand for coating chicken or pork.
