The tool is great for its price. The fittings seem pretty stable and finely built. I’d buy it if I were you. After all, the inner tie rods should not be on so tight that they shatter this tool kit. Therefore, I believe this kit will last a lifetime as long as you don’t lose the pieces.

This tool does not work at all. I bought the tool and adapter set hoping it would make work easier, but it's an absolute disaster from the moment you try to use it. The adapters simply do not fit precisely into the tool—there's a noticeable gap between the adapter and the tool that renders the whole thing useless. When you apply any torque, the adapters separate even further because of the extra space in the gap, preventing it from working correctly. I've double-checked my setup multiple times, but it's clear this is a manufacturing flaw, not user error. As for the positive reviews out there? Either those folks got a lucky early batch before quality tanked, or they haven't actually tested it under load and mistaken "barely functional" for "good enough." Save yourself the frustration – steer clear and invest in something that actually works. Would I recommend? Absolutely not. Return it if you can.

Looks like a well made product; just didn't fit. We had to return it. Curiously it would have worked on the replacement item (if I ever needed to remove it.)
