Wonderful supplements! Broke my 5th metatarsal and these helped me along the journey. Had them with every meal!

I had bloodwork done a few months ago and a bone density test done. My doctor said I was low on calcium, and my bone density test results were osteopenia. He said I needed to take more calcium to build up my bones. In 2005 and 2010 I had rotator cup surgery, and my left shoulder had been aching/hurting for several months whereas I couldn't hold a cup of coffee in my left hand without my hand shaking because I had zero upper arm strength. So after my doctor recommended me taking more calcium, I did some research and ran across the Bone Builder here on Amazon, and read the results of the people who took it. Instead of taking the 3 tablets daily as it suggested, I began taking 1 tablet daily for a week, then the following week, I began taking it morning and night. Since then, I have much better upper arm strength, I can hold a coffee cup without shaking, put dishes away, etc. If anyone is struggling with bone or calcium issues, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE IT DID WONDERS FOR ME!!!

Some other BS supplements require you to take more tablets/day or contain 90% magnesium. Magnesium in avocados, dark chocolate, bananas, and electrolyte powder water additive.
