I really like this necklace and looks great with the pendant I received for Christmas. I wore it all day yesterday and event went to bed with it around my neck. It is very sturdy, and the length and color were perfect.

This is a beautiful chain that you can wear separately or put a pendant on it. I have a white gold pendant that I put on it, but I also wear it separately. It’s delicate and looks beautiful.

I would have given this 5 stars - however the clasp is very tiny and almost too tough to try and open! But gorgeous chain!

I purchased three chains from Kisper. Two were identical for twins, the third for a different person. Upon the first hour of wearing one of the two identical chains, it broke. I was present, and there was no reason for it to do so. Inferior product. I contacted Kisper 2x. No response. I contacted Amazon customer service, and received approval to return them, which I did at UPS along with pictures of the return. Fast forward to today and Kisper is saying I did not return one of the chains, and will be charging me. Another call to Amazon today and it should be resolved, but I would not purchase another I fervor product from a company that clearly lacks credibility.

I reordered this in October when my the clasp on my 1st one finally gave in, after nearly 2.5 years of everyday wear. The one I reordered broke near the clasp while hanging on my neck about a week into having it. I contacted customer service to get a replacement and did not hear back. I am very disappointed. $40 down the drain because of the lack of customer service is such a shame.
