I brought this book multiple times as gifts along with a few recommended products (not brands) suncream/fave cloths etc, great book to give you some understanding around how to look after your skin

Bought for teenagers of a friend. Caroline tells it like it is. Full of no nonsense facts for older make up users too. Never too old to learn about skincare and what's on the market.

An easy read with lots of tips about skin care and how to use it l recommend this book for anyone interested in skin health 👍

For someone who has suffered from sensitive skin and very bad acne , this is very useful , loads of good tips which actually worked for me

Good book with lots of easy to understand information. If you have the 1st edit of this book, you may not need this newer one. There's some updated pages and a few extra pages of new information. Worth buying if you don't have the 1st edit.

As a skincare enthusiast I really enjoyed this no-nonsense book. The way it was written was really easy to understand and although I would say it is catered to a more beginner audience, I really enjoyed the science behind some of the ingredients e.g. the break downs of different acids for different skin types. I would have like a bit more info on some additional ingredients (e.g. azelaic acid) but have found some really great products from reading this book. If you're in doubt, for the price I would highly recommend giving it a go.

Just fabulous, informative and entertaining. You only need one skincare guide and this is it.

I found this book easy to read and found the reviews of products to be straight forward and honest explanation of what works and what is hype. Skin care can really be challenging considering all the advertising. It is not easy to absorb all her information in one reading. I will be revisiting this book many times.

Honest, relatable, no hidden agenda and science based /backed product recommendations for all price points! I found Caroline on Instagram, and her blog/website, two years ago and she is simply the best as the song goes.

I'm truly enjoying this book. It's informative but not boring. Buying skin care products can be overwhelming and this book helps you navigate the essentials to skin care. I wish I had this book in my 20's. I feel more confident doing my research. At least now I know what to look for. Highly recommended.
