Reliable, affordable safety for loved ones
This is a great little device at an affordable price!! Setup was very straightforward. I was able to place the sensor under my mother‘s bed and did a number of test runs at different angles to find the sweet spot to place it. It works like a charm and alerts as soon as she swings her legs over so that I have time to get in and help her up to the restroom. This is a game changer for fall prevention and for people with cognitive issues too. I was a little worried based on other reviews, that the alarm would be too loud, but that’s not the case at all. There is a nice amount of volume adjustment. I like being able to keep the unit plugged in with the micro USB while using the batteries as a back up, should the power go out. Highly recommend!

Works Perfect Out of the Box 👍
This is an amazing product. We have severely autistic nonverbal teenager with limited communication abilities. They injured their knee a week ago and cannot bear weight on it. With pain meds on board and the more bored at limited activity they get- they more prone they are to take off on their own around the house and it’s not safe. I bought this and installed under the dresser, aimed at the floor bedside and it works perfectly. The minute they swivel their legs toward the floor, it chimes and we know they are trying to get up and can get to them in time. It has been so helpful for this mama to actually rest. The price point is great. The first unit we bought had a button break within a few days but the second one has been doing fine. Long term will tell but it’s saving my sanity right now!

Great for caregivers of elderly parents
I purchased this for when my 90+ year old father who came to stay with me. He has previously fallen out of bed when going to the bathroom and bought this in hopes that it would let me know when he is about to get out of bed. It works wonderfully. When my father starts to swing his leg over his bed the sensor picks it up and the monitor that I have near me will sound. I am able to go to his room before he gets himself up. It prevented falls for his visit. You can choose different alarm tunes from music to flashing lights and adjust volume. For the price it is worth it.

Great product
This has allowed me to sleep in my bed and my wife with dementia in hers, as I always know when she gets up. Works perfectly. Now we both sleep well.

Works Well but....
My wife has Alzheimers and sleeps in a separate room. She tends to get up 3 or 4 times during the night to use the restroom or just wander the house. I purchased this to wake me up when she gets out of bed so I can keep here from wandering out of the house without me knowing. The unit was very easy to set up and install. I screwed the transmitter onto a piece of 2 x 6 and set it on the bottom bookshelf beside her bed. The receiver sits on the nightstand next to my bed or I carry it around the house with me wherever I go, even outside on the patio. It works well everywhere in our single-story house, the range appears great. The receiver unit is very loud, and that is my only negative. I wish the volume could be stepped down lower than the lowest setting provided. Even on the lowest volume setting, when I am in a deep sleep and it goes off, you just about have to scrape me off the ceiling. It is way too loud for me and I am hard of hearing. I have prior electronics training and experience, so after the warranty runs out, I may open it up and install a volume control potentiometer so that I can turn the volume down below heart attack levels. The receiver also has very bright LED's on it that flash a multicolored strobe along with the audio alarm. They are very bright and light up my room like a five alarm fire scene. I'll tell you, with the combination of the bright LED's and the loud alarm, there is zero chance it won't wake you and the entire household up. Another small issue I have is that the width of the transmitter detection beam is pretty wide. At first I set the transmitter on the bottom shelf of a bookcase right adjacent to where my wife would get out of bed. The problem is that when she first gets up, she stands there for a while looking for her glasses and all the while the alarm keeps going on and off and on and off and on and off. So I moved the transmitter down towards the foot of the bed. This way it won't go off until she gets up, does her searching, gets her glasses on and then walks past the end of the bed. But still the beam width is pretty wide. I wish it were adjustable or if they could put adjustable blinders around the sensor so the beamwidth can be adjusted. I had to fabricate my own little cardboard blinders to limit the beam width to about a 3 feet wide detection zone. Pros: Wireless works very well, the range is great, the alarm is loud, LED's are bright, lots of alarm tones to select, a good value overall, works well for my application. Cons: Too loud for me even on the lowest setting - wakes up the whole house. I wish it had a continuous volume adjustment from max all the way down to zero, transmitter beam width is not adjustable and is pretty wide.

Keep your loved one safe!
This is super sensitive and works well. I placed it under my husbands bed, so that when he got up it sensed his feet on the floor. Works like charm. I wish I had one when my kids were teenagers so I could catch them sneaking out at night!

Works well
Love this for my parent. It's a bit loud even on the low volume, so I stuck it in the linen closet so it's not annoying at night. In the day I put it under a couch pillow. And it works well.

Excellent device
I've only had this a few days but perfect for my needs. Easy to set up, doesn't alarm when tossing and turning. Only alarms when the person being monitored gets out of bed (not the other person if it's a couple sharing a bed).
