Like everyone else. No instructions ON PAPER, But they do provide a dvd. They also have a crappy video at the end of the product pictures before buying. You have to pay attention to the video because they fail to fully explain step by step. ( pay attention to the bots) . After a little struggle. I finished and its done. I have yet to use the actual product, but i still have hopes of it working just fine. No bent pieces. All tools were intact. Visit sergiographics on facebook to see my artwork and my journey.

In May of this year I bought this machine thinking about starting my screen printing workshop. I had not used the machine until recently when I opened it and I was surprised that this machine is totally defective in all aspects. I think this machine was returned. For the same reasons and it was put up for sale again, as I was the unlucky one to obtain it, attached I put some photos of the state of the machine, which is completely made of metal. Now the problem is that I cannot return it or claim for it because I did not do it in the stipulated time, but I cannot believe that the people who sell these products have the courage to send defective products. I think I lost my money and I can't fix it in any way. What a bad experience I have had, I hope that this bad experience of mine helps others and be careful with what they buy from this VEVOR brand.

I received this tonight and super excited to get it set up and start screen printing. I was very disappointed with no instruction manual, tools were thrown in a bag with a ton of grease, and the parts were all scratched up like someone else had it previously. The box was in good shape so it wasn’t damaged in transit. With no way of knowing which tools go where and grease all over my hands, it took 3 hours! I haven’t gotten to try it yet so I cannot review that but setting up could have been better.

Kinda pissed it didn’t come with instructions or the tools I would need. Had to buy a whole set of Allen wrenches to even begin building it. The dvd it came with is old and wouldn’t work on any laptop or gaming system. Doesn’t come with any tools. Horrible product. Wouldn’t recommend.

So let’s start with the lack of instructions. The first picture is basically what I got. So I did what others did and watched YouTube videos. But you know they aren’t 100% accurate because they all say they have no instructions either! The second picture is what I was able to actually put together because one of the arms was not finished correctly so I couldn’t get the rest of the parts on. After I took all the pieces I would need for the 4th color arm-I was left with the last picture. This is the worst item I have ever put together. And I can’t even find a place to message the seller so it seems I may be out the other arm completely!

How hard is it to just include instructions? I guess about as hard it is to include all the pieces! I would give this 0 stars if I could. Absolute garbage. Missing an entire bag of screws so I can't even mount the boards for the shirts onto it... The metal is cheap, some parts can't even screw into where they're supposed to because the connections are bent.
