Great for vegetarians
I used this for additional minerals and iron that is suitable for a vegetarian. It really does help me restore iron when it drops a bit low.

This liquid form of multiple nutrients and vitamins is an excellent source of iron and other deficient vitamins a person may have lacking in their body. There is a pleasant taste, and there’s no constipation associated with this. I highly recommend. I have not tried the tablets, but it doesn’t matter because I like the taste of this syrup. It has a fruity, berry taste to it.
