I bought these “Goodbye Stress” gummies as a casual suggestion to my nervous system and they responded like, “Oh, we’re serious-serious now.” I originally got them for daytime anxiety, but plot twist: I take them at night and sleep like a Victorian child in a fainting couch commercial. Gentle, calm, no weird grogginess—just me peacefully horizontal instead of mentally hosting a 3 a.m. press conference about everything I’ve ever said since 2004. They also come with me to high-stress events (doctor appointments, waiting rooms, life in general). Pop a couple and suddenly I’m the calmest person in the building, nodding like I pay taxes on emotional stability. Bonus points: • They’re natural, so I feel wholesome and responsible. • They taste good, which is dangerous because my brain thinks they’re candy and my self-control thinks we’re besties. • They actually work. Like… suspiciously well. If stress had a nemesis, it would be these little berry-flavored bouncers. Highly recommend for anyone whose brain likes to run marathons when all you asked for was a light jog.

I got these to help calm random anxiety. I was having a bit of a meltdown on day 2 of my period as I tend to do. I popped two of these with a St. John’s Wort and I was chill and mildly happy after maybe 7 minutes. I used to take these religiously a few years ago to keep me calm during work related things I’d be nervous about and forgot how well they worked. Will continue to buy.

I started taking these a few months ago. They help calm me down. I'd compare them to chamomile tea; they work. I usually take them about two hours before bed to relax. It really helps you relax. They have a odd taste but still taste like grape main reason for the 4 stars and still worth trying to someone who has trouble sleeping

I saw this product recommended for stress relief, I was doing absolutely horrible a few months ago with being eaten up by stress so I decided to try this out. The packaging kinda scared me at first! It came in one of those gel cold packs, which I have never seen before as I don’t really order things like this online 😭 Opening the pack gave me the container of the gummies, perfectly safe and not melted at all. The gummies and the container look exactly as shown in the product photos, no discoloration in the container or with the gummies. Taking the recommended amount, they were easy to chew and had an alright taste, not great but not bad either. I felt the gummies really did help, not in any extreme way, but I found myself not getting as easily irritated or being frustrated all day. I would continue using these, but they are a bit expensive for me to do so. I do recommend these gummies for people who are also desperate for anything to help with stress, maybe it might help you too!

I think this product has some health benefit but the bottle is ridiculously hard to open, very cumbersome. Also, the bottle is half emptied, they could save money and perhaps reduce the price if the bottle is made according to its content. The gummies have a certain smell and initial taste that is not entirely pleasant and since you have to chew them before swallowing you have to deal with the taste. But not overwhelming unpleasant so they are a OK. We are not sure about its effectiveness, but it seems to have some positive effect.

This is EXACTLY what I needed. I felt a calming within a hour of taking this product. This is a great product to take to calm your nervous system and allows you to calm your mind to focus on tasks with CLARITY. I’m so thankful to have ran across this. I’m someone that has multiple projects going on and jungle a lot of tasks which at time leads to over stimulation and brain fog with slow burnout. This product has lifted me. I just ordered my 2nd bottle. I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently went through a divorce and had high stress like I’ve never experienced before! My hair was falling out and I was having chest pains. I started taking these to see if they would help. In less than a week my hair fall stopped and the stress effects on my body stopped! I never thought a vitamin would help this much!

De alguna manera estás gomitas me dan un estado de 'no- overthink ' en dónde de alguna manera mi mente se calla y puedo pensar una cosa a la vez. Claro que hay que ayudarse uno intentándolo, pero he notado que es más fácil y me siento tranquila. Las he tomado junto con las de happy de la misma marca y me agrada el efecto. Si las recomiendo.
