(Please read entire review for accurate picture of performance.) Honestly, this is a great little machine. Quiet and effective, I really enjoyed the "fire and forget" way of just dropping it in a room and closing the door and it cleaned everything. I used it for spot cleaning where my Shark Mopvac would not go (close to rugs, for example. This machine's sensor was great at avoiding rugs.) It also did a better job of cleaning spots on the floors that the Mopvac could not, because it scrubs with 3 counter-rotating pads. This was actually the third machine I owned. The first stopped charging as well. The second, I think it was human error - when you put the machine down after inactivity, you have to hold the start button down for several seconds, and I sort of missed that. So, this one was the third I have owned, and it was really good for a while, with the battery lasting even longer than advertised. But sure enough, it stopped charging at mid-August after purchasing in May. It shows a charging light, and then gives the tones that mean it is fully charged (the lights on the machine show this as well.) But then when I take it out of the cradle, the lights go off, and no amount of fiddling makes the machine wake up. And when I put it back in the charging cradle, it starts charging from zero again. The fact that I tried three times shows you how much I liked the machine. You could mop your whole house with three mops and two charges (only took a little more than an hour to charge.) Unfortunately, I expect that it should last 2-3 years, which my Sharks have done. Cannot recommend. <Later Edit> After I complained about the above on the company website, the company was very responsive, returning solutions within 24 hours. Those solutions didn't work. They told me to return the machine, but due to their holidays in another country, it would take 3-4 days. Sure enough, 3 days later I got the return postage and was able to send in my old machine, with a new one arriving 2 days after they received the old one. This told me 1) this company cares about their employees, not making them work over their holidays, and 2) they have ethics, because they tried to fix the problem, and when that did not work, they replaced the entire machine at their cost. So, assuming their quality improves, I could recommend this machine for the reasons above. The latest one has had no problem since I got it, and it is cleaning my downstairs as I write this. I would say give it a try, and if you have problems, get on the company website, and let them take care of the problem, not Amazon. Seems a better way to get the value out of the product. Thanks! <Further, later edit> Product still going strong and battery life still allows more than one hour of cleaning despite using about 3x a month constantly. There was an issue above that I forgot to mention with corrosion on the charging contacts, which, when scrubbed off with a wire brush, resulted in charging with no problem. So be aware of this. All in all, due to final product quality, features, and company responsiveness to several complaints, I have upgraded my rating to 5 stars.

EDIT: Dead battery fix - Some people have had charging issues or a dead battery when they go to use it. A quick fix to avoid dead batteries is to unplug the charger from the wall AFTER you hear the confirmation tones that it is charged. If you unplug the charger from the wall, the battery will retain its charge almost indefinitely. Original review- First off, i have to say that customer support from the manufacturer/company was spectacular! I had a minor problem during the purchase (my fault), and reached out to the company and they were immediately responsive and helped me solve my problem. Second, there is an limited number of robot mops available . I researched for about 6 years before i decided to buy. The 3 pad design is unique and is only made by this company. 3 pads vs 2 pads means a 33% increase in cleaning compared to other products. in the same amount of time. Plus, the 3 pad design means it is lower to the floor and fits under cabinet kick panels and chairs making edge/perimeter cleaning successful. The other robot mops are not able to mop along edges. The brain is intelligent and does not bang into obstacles and has many sensors to protect from falling or running over things. the mop pads clean very well. If you have a very dirty floor simply spray your cleaner on the dirty parts of the floor before setting your mop in motion. ( FYI- in an unrelated topic, if you have children or pets, you should only be using "biodegradable neutral PH pet and baby safe", floor cleaner. Your pets walk barefoot and your babies touch the surface. These chemicals leach into the skin and is ingested by pets. a product called "OdoBan" has a no rinse, neural ph, pet friendly, concentrated floor cleaner highly recommended). The mop is very quiet! in fact i had to look multiple times to determine if it was still working because it was so quiet. Remember this is not a vacuum, it is virtually silent. I cleaned a 12x20 tile floor on one battery charge. And the robot was able to edge clean 3 times, and covered the entire floor at least twice. Recharging took about 3 hours. This company builds the 2 pad robot mop for Samsung. That should tell you about the quality, and that it is a good product. I will by one for my sister i am so happy with the product.

J’ai vu qu’il n’y avait aucun avis du Canada pour ce robot-là, alors je me suis forcée à en faire un. J’adore ce robot, avec ses trois serpillières, il nettoie parfaitement les surfaces comme le parquet ou le carrelage. La seule chose qu’il faut veiller, c’est d’enlever les fils d’alimentation, parce que la première chose qui fait c’est d’aller se coincer dedans. Mais maintenant que je le sais, je les enlève pour pas que ça se produise je veux pourris un petit peu de mon produit sur le sol et mon beau passe à par dessus pour tout bien nettoyer exemple dans une chambre quand il nettoie pendant deux heures eh bien c’est super propre quand je viens vérifier là je le remets sur sa base pour qu’il se recharge, et le lendemain je change de pièce. J’ai aussi un robot aspirateur avec un petit linge pour nettoyer le sol, mais je trouve qu’il n’arrive pas à la cheville de ce robot là. Ce robot est extraordinaire je suis à mobilité réduite et il est mon vrai sauveur. Bravo à celui qu’il a conçu. N’hésitez pas à acheter ce robot.

Très très bon petit robot , du fait que se modèle n’a pas de pare-chocs , il lave bien sur les bor félititation a tout les équipe de everybot J espère que la prochaine version sara accompagné d une base de recharge et qu’il soi un pe plus lour

I have to say the product is excellent, if it weren't for the company that distributes it. They would have charged me over €33 in customs fees, on top of what I already paid, if I hadn't asked Amazon for help. Regarding the product: 1) It cleans meticulously 2) The battery lasts almost 2 hours 3) It's quiet and can even ship the same day. If it were distributed directly by Amazon, I would buy another one.

I have not had it long but use it daily while getting on with other things the only downside is you have to pay for import tax and you need more pads that are hard to get it cleans well I was so pleased but the charger no longer works and I have not been able to get anything to charge it so not happy
