Love this set the kids loved it, we caught different insects in the containers which helped see them through the magnifilying lense. There was a good selection of little insects and a bag to keep everything in. I was surpised by the compass to helping learn children learn early. Good value for money and good quality items

My son loves insect hunting. We still use the bag when we go on insect hunts. The magnifying glass is sturdy and good quality but the dome insect tweezers and very cheap and break easily. All in all its a nice set though, would have been nice to have an insect book with it or a chart with tasks of insects to spot

Good set. Quite sturdy for price. Pleased with all the items supplied and the insects will enable more play indoors. Lots of bits and pieces fit in a child size bag. Shame bag not available in 4 year old Granddaughter’s favourite colour pink.

I've bought this for my toddler as she is fascinated by little critters, obviously there are some small parts and strings in the set that we have put to one side but she is fine with most of it with supervision. This set is great for young children, noting that the extremely small insects will probably escape the breathing holes so would avoid things like ants, but anything a bit bigger than an ant is fine I.e. woodlice, spiders, ladybirds etc. My toddler enjoyed the plastic insects that came with the set (there's 10), we hide them around the house and go "hunting", she loves every minute of searching for them, collecting them with the tweezers and then putting them in the container. Would recommend for those curious children.

Is there a way to replace the plastic bug box in this kit direct to the receiver of this gift as his was cracked when it opened. The packaging was in one piece.

My nephew loves it ,he's 3 and loves animals and nature and gos exploreing in that back garden.
