I love this protein powder. I'm so dissapointed that they discontinued the 100 calorie low fat chocolate flavor muscle milk because that one is my favorite flavor. I'm still thankful that they still sale the same product only in a different flavor (Vanilla Creme) but I really wish they would bring back the 100 calorie chocolate flavor muscle milk. Overall its a great protein powder if your trying to get lean or maintain being fit and lean and still keeping all your muscle. I have 2-3 scoops of this stuff a day my wife also loves this as well. As this product is a good source of protein, very low in calories, minimal fat and a little bit of added vitamins and minerals. It has Whey protein Isolate and Milk protein Isolate in it. I usely mix this stuff in my oatmeal or cereal and sometimes pancakes. I also sometimes throw a couple servings of this in the blender and make myself a delicious, healthy protein shake. With the Vanilla Creme flavor I usely add strawberries and a cup and half of almond milk or a handful of almonds instead of the strawberries for healthy fats. It taste incredible. I look pretty good and feel good as well consuming this on a daily basis as I'm a vegetarian so this stuff is a big source of my protein, along with nuts, seeds, and greek yogurt or low fat cottage cheese. Please don't discontinue this 100 calorie lowfat muscle milk product. By the way if your like me and you miss their old chocolate flavor you can add a tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder per serving of this muscle milk and I find out it taste like chocolate vanilla. I actually use this protein powder as an ingredient for overnight oats. That way, it adds both the hint of sweetness and protein boost. I especially appreciate the fact that's it's sugar free. It doesn't have a weird aftertaste like many zero sugar products do, and not sickeningly sweet either. It's a nice, balanced flavor.

I've been using this protein powder for a while and appreciate that it contains zero grams of sugar—perfect for maintaining my zero-sugar lifestyle. The flavor is not overly sweet, which I prefer. It mixes decently, though I’ve noticed it can be a bit lumpy and some powder tends to settle at the bottom of the glass. Overall, it’s a reliable option for anyone watching their sugar intake

Wonderful taste and better mixing the flavors of vanilla and chocolate. I used a blender bottle But I discovered that my immersion blender woks better 👍🏻 So would any blender but I’m too lazy to clean my full sized blender.

This is the only powder protein I buy. Low cal/carbs. I use it in my overnight oats, protein muffins, baked oatmeal, add to my yogart everyday. I don't mix it in drinks, I use the pre-made shakes for convenience. I'm sure it tastes good though. I go through 1 container per month. No plans to replace with diff product.

Great for diabetics! Mix ability is great! Taste is great! I use my Ninja bullet. I don’t like eating breakfast/lunch, so this has become my “brelunch” Price its good considering other brands. I throw ice and water in mine w/2 scoops and yummy. Use less water and add coffee and ice. So good. Love that it’s no sugar and ingredients are good. Def. On subscription now. Life saver, for sure. Sorry was too good to not drink lol pic is my ice coffee version.

This is my favorite protein powder. Low sugar and great taste! Low in Weight Watcher points as well.
