These are amazing! They are colorful and magnetic with the information that I need - My husband just had brain surgery and we are focusing on a high protein diet for him. Convenient to help me with carb cycling I placed them on my refrigerator for quick access headings easy to read and find what your looking for Not everything is on it but most of the common things are doesn’t take a lot of my refrigerator I would have been ok with them being smaller but I’m sure others might have trouble reading it them magnets seem strong looks like these will last along time

It was ok, but I don't understand why it did not have some basic items like carb counts for peaches and bananas.

I know quite a lot about Keto and have cook books ect but I really like that these are quick cheat sheets. Nice size to go on my fridge door. Everything right there. Net carbs , portion size, fat, protein and calories.. I'm giving keto another try. It's seemingly the only diet that I can stick to for a good period of time and lose weight. Beautifully done

The cards have everything you need to know on a food item. Calories ,!carbs, fats ,protein. There was one more card which is the vegetable. I accidentally didn’t put it up

All the cards I received are perfect and stick to the fridge well. The only issue I have is that I received two vegetable cards and no drinks/beverages card!!!!)
