Samsung Galaxy Buds2 True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds - Phantom Black (Renewed)

PACKAGING/CONDITION: I received my order in a timely manner and it came with its original packaging as far as I can tell. It wasn't missing anything at all (two different sized tips and charger were included). There weren't really any scratches or visible damage to my headphones, which was great. I've seen complaints on other places about earwax, but these were completely clean. They're also very compact, pretty easy to put in any kind of pocket, actually surprised me how small it was lol. Overall, it looked like they were new. BATTERY LIFE: My headphones were dead when they arrived and it took about an hour to completely charge them. They last like 4-5 hours for me, but I use them a lot (wasted 20% in an hour on YouTube watching videos). COMFORT: I would say I have medium sized ears, but the tips it had on in it's case fit me too loose, so they would slip out or come close to falling off. I had to use the larger tips, which improves the sound quality for me to seal off my ear, but still feel a bit loose. I don't think I'd wear them on runs until I'd feel a little more confident that they wouldn't fall over time. SOUND: The active noise cancellation on my buds don't really work (not sure if it's bc it's refurbished/renewed - doubt it though). The ANC sounds the same as using the earbuds without any of the sound settings, but I'll give it another shot another time. That being said, the regular settings without added sound features closes off sound pretty good on their own too once you've found your own fit. The ambience sound works great, you can set it to how you want and it's pretty good. Overall, you wouldn't even tell they're refurbished compared to new ones (I've used my friend's before). They're pretty good and I'd recommend giving it a shot.

Good sound and holds charge easy to pair with TV and phone.

I lost my 3-4 year old 40$ pair of JBL buds and since I’ve had a Galaxy phone for years and like it and will continue to use a Galaxy, I bought these. I didn’t bother with buying brand new because I wear them for work. I’m outdoors 50% of my work day in Florida so they get wet from sweat and a little rain. I liked the pairing and ease of use with my phone. I was surprised that with the active noise cancelling and ambient noise off/on with volume feature and choice of preset sounds etc, they didn’t sound better. I’m not sure what I was expecting exactly but they sound the same as or even not quite as good as my JBLs….in my opinion. They were like brand new out of the packaging. These are only IPX2 so be careful with liquids. I would like to say awesome job to the seller on shipping. Ordered on 7/7. It said they’d be delivered 7/9. I got an update on 7/9 saying they wouldn’t be delivered until the 19th. I was bummed because we’ve been spoiled by 1-2 day shipping. I looked the next day, the 10th and they had moved but delivery date was the same. They showed up the next day. I’m not sure how they got them from Texas to Florida in 3 1/2 days but again, great job! Thank you!

For years I've avoided earbuds without ear hooks or wings because I couldn't get them to stay in my ears. I'm also very cheap so I stayed away from buds over about $50. That is probably why I've waited so long to take the plunge and I'm extremely happy with my purchase! I settled on the small size tips and these Galaxy Buds 2 stay in my ears extremely well, and they do it comfortably! The controls are easy to master, the sound cancelation feature works extremely well, sound quality is great to my ears (admittedly I primarily use them to listen to audiobooks, not so much music) and I can hear callers very well and they can hear me just as well. So I do recommend the Galaxy Buds 2, especially the Amazon Renewed ones! One word of warning, though. Do not ... I repeat, do NOT ... let these go through a wash cycle because you accidentally leave them in your pants pocket. If you do they will stop working altogether. I speak from experience, and it cost me.

Not my first pair of Samsung ear buds and wont be my last. They work great and not just with my Samsung mobile but with what ever I pair them with. Was nervous about buying refurbished earbuds but all is good. Works as if they were new not just new to me.

Only have had them 2 months and one of the ear bugs no longer works

I picked these up after the previous ones the original Galaxy Buds I purchased had short battery life. So I was hesitant to do it again with some more Amazon Renewed earbuds. But these are much better and also have better bass and sound. I love them! These are a great replacement for the ones I had before. The case does minor scratches but not really concerned about that as more the functionality of the earbuds. And in that they do great!

Empiezo por la calidad del audio, el cual no es soprendente pero es decente para unos aparatos tan portables. En mi opinion los medios y los agudos destacan, mientras que los graves es lo que más flaquea. Lo que es ideal para ciertas canciones. La principal ventaja es la rápida conexión con el celular, la portabilidad, la batería y la excelente cancelación de ruido, que permite concentrarme en mis jornadas de ejercicio. La única desventaja que encuentro es que a mis oídos no le encajan, luego de una hora de uso siento mucha fatiga por lo incómodo que llegan a ser. Sin embargo, este es mi caso aislado, ya que a otras personas si les acomoda perfecto. RESUMEN: -Calidad de audio decente -Excelente cancelación de ruido -Rápida conexión -Destacable duración de batería -Poco cómodos en mis oídos

Malo, caja con bastantes desperfectos, audifonos con volumen muy bajo, audifono derecho tiene sonido de "piiiiiiiiii" y solo se quita cuando pones una canción, en llamadas no se oye bien, la verdad horribles

Si funcionan, pero no al 100 como unos nuevos y al enlazarlos al celular, dice reacondicionados, siento que a funcion de cancelación de ruido no es como los comprados directo de la tienda física y las gomitas que tiene son de menor calidad, pero funcionan.

Son pequeños y cómodos. Yo los uso para andar en bicicleta y la verdad es que están bien. La calidad del audio no es la mejor, pero sí son útiles.

No servían y amazon no me hace la devolucion
