Noah's Ark of Bags
Pros: Perfect size, durable, fashionably professional. Cons: No shoulder strap, laptop padded pocket isn't big enough. Story time (tl;dr: it's secretly waterproof): I live in southern California, where it never rains. I bought this bag knowing full well the other reviews and answered questions said it's not waterproof. I could have put scotch guard on it. But I didn't. And then we had a storm. I'm from Seattle originally and I smirk at the Californians dodging raindrops, but I assure you, this was some next level Biblical stuff. I packed this bag with my items: my laptop (in a neoprene sleeve), my charger, two library books, and my passport. I threw on my raincoat and rainboots and headed out into the storm. I had to walk half a mile to the school where I work. From my apartment's front door to the parking lot, my pants were already soaked through. The roads were flooded about three inches, easily covering my feet. I was confident in my rainboots' ability to keep my feet dry. One block later, my rainboots were full of water; my pants were so wet that they dripped down inside my boots. Another block later, my socks are squishing and I can feel the water on my pants oozing upwards toward my rear. By the fourth block, even my underwear, though covered by my raincoat, were soaked through. And my S-Zone canvas bag was bumping against my rear. I lost all hope. I had visions of library fines for the water-damaged books dancing in my head, and I worried my passport would be ruined and I would have to pay for a replacement, and I figured my charger was toast but hopefully the neoprene on my laptop would save it. I didn't even think they might be ok; I figured like myself, everything was soaked to the bone. I got to my classroom and opened my bag to salvage the contents. It was DRY. Everything is PERFECTLY FINE. My passport is pristine, my library books are safe, there wasn't a single drop on my charger, and my laptop case was cold but not damp at all. On the outside, the bag was soaked. But everything survived on the inside. For that reason, I give this bag a 10/10. As soon as it dries, I'm going to give it a good scotch guard treatment to make sure it can pull that off again.

Perfect bag you're searching for, perfect for daily use
I made the purchase a week ago; the item actually arrived before when I expected; speedy delivery. Regard the bag itself, it's just perfect at this cost. I can slip in papers / documents, wallets, and my Mackbook, basically all the stuffs just in one place. The item is also solid and durable, and have a nice look. I've been using it for one week having a very cool experience. I am going to replace my few years' JansPort from now on for the daily use. I purchased the Dark Gray, and was also considering the other two in Gray and Coffee that I'll definitely recommend too.

Big, sturdy, well-made, good pockets
I bought this just before starting work on a 10-day production event. I can remember to pack the oddest items but forget super simple things like a phone charger or a decent pen...so I have to have a bag that I can throw things into as I think of them, and can keep me organized. I knew I'd need to carry everything from my laptop to snacks to essential oils in order to make it through the 16-hour days of this job! This bag did not disappoint. It's very sturdy, comfortable on the shoulder (even when jam-packed), and has good pockets/divisions for different items. I used every square inch of it.

Love this bag!!!
I like this bag A LOT. Mostly because I was looking for a Cruelty-Free (vegan) messenger bag. (Based on the description, I think this fits that category.) It has a lot of pockets and sits nicely on my hip. It’s easy to find things and looks super cute with paddock boots and skinny jeans. I took away a star for three reasons - first, the zippers are thin and I expected thicker zippers for a canvas bag. Second, the side pocket for the thermos ripped at the bottom seam... it’s still functional, but I’m disappointed I’ll have to replace it within a few months of purchasing. And third, the strap slips a bit during the day so I have to retighten it a bit each morning. Otherwise - it’s awesome!

Good deal, looks great
Great looking, exactly what I was looking for, and I was looking at bags 2-3x the price. I picked it because it doesn't look like one of those typical nerdy laptop bags. A few issues to put in the "you get what you pay for" file, but they are fixable if you have the time. If you don't you may find a much more expensive bag, but I still like the look of this one, and I've gotten lots of compliments. It also holds up well - I am writing this over two year after I bought the bag. Here's what I did, which sounds like a lot of work, but it really wasn't for me since I considered it to be a project that I did over time. Worth noting that I didn't need to do any of this to make it look good and be functional, I just liked the bag and wanted it to look nicer. 1) Nowhere near enough cushion for a laptop. Easy remedy, buy a laptop sleeve. This is what I got: MOSISO Water Repellent Neoprene Sleeve Bag Cover Compatible with 13-13.3 inch laptop. I might have been able to squeeze an inch or two more out of it, but I think this was perfect for my 13" Dell Inspiron. It's not a high end protector, but it keeps away scratches and probably a few minor dings. 2) I think the canvas could have been waxed to make it firmer, and waterproof. I bought otter wax and it worked fine. 3) I really didn't like that faux leather label front and center. Not sure why they put it there since it is what it is, a cheap canvas bag. It's not like anyone is going to ask, "Wow, is that a real S-ZONE bag?" I took it off very easily with a stitch remover tool in a few minutes. If you have a sewing kit, you have one of these. 4) Maybe the biggest issue was the faux leather straps. Would be great if they were real leather, but you can't expect that in a bag at this price. Instead, they are shiny and stiff, which I think makes it look cheap. I spent time flexing the straps between my fingers. Not hard - I did it while I was watching TV so it was painless. Then I put some rubbing alcohol on a towel and rubbed them down for a few seconds to remove the shininess. They're still not leather, but they're less noticeable. Otherwise, good deal, looks great, plenty of room for other things. Very happy with this purchase. Starting a new job this week, and I'll be happy to carry it on my shoulder.

It’s a very nice bag!
I absolutely love this bag, It is so pretty and I use it 24/7 to hold my computer and books. There is so many pockets and plenty of room for people that don’t need to carry too much when going to study!

Good quality bag - very big
This is a nice bag! If you want a large, sturdy, well built messenger bag and don't mind that's it's pretty heacy. It has ample pocket space and a padded slot for a laptop that has a velcro strip for added security. I personally wish it was about 3-4 inches smaller, but I kept it and use it because it's a very nice bag.

Perfect workbag!
This messenger bag is a great multi-use bag. It has so many nooks and crannies for so many things - I'm not even using them all yet ! I don't carry a laptop to work, so I use one of the inside compartments for my wallet and a small notebook and the other for my Nalgene bottle and lunch. I keep a small umbrella in one of the outside side pockets. This bag also works great as a musician's gig bag. It'll hold a 3-ring binder, pennywhistle, DI box, cords, stand light, extra batteries, tools, etc. I love the dark gray-blue color with brown accents. It's not fancy, but it's not too casual to use as a work bag.
