Best if you take them for workouts or to get through a long workday. I'm approaching two weeks on these and I definitely notice a difference in energy. I worked my way up to the full dosage and the initial stomach irritation has almost gone. It's a minor acid reflux sort of thing, but the energy is worth it. I'm much more alert and able to get through my exercise routine three times a week. I was looking for some supplement to help combat the aging process, and this seems to be it. I will stick with this brand until I can boost my circulation on my own.
