Future Way 1000 GPH Pool Pump Compatible with Intex, Summer Waves Above Ground Pool, Swimming Pool Filter Pump, 110-120V with GFCI, Upgraded Version

Replaced the fully functioning but cheesy 300gph pump that came with my 12 x 30 best way above ground. Chose this one because I passionately support small business whenever I get the chance. This unboxed like a champ and was up and running in less than 3 minutes. I'm especially grateful for all the parts that came with it tho I only needed the actual pump filter, it's good to know they cover all the bases for anyone replacing a worn or damaged system - this was complete!-- hoses, clamps, filter. Great alternative to the majors! Obviously TIME will tell if it holds up but it assists to be solidly constructed and I'm super pleased!

The media could not be loaded. We’ve had this 2 summers now. Most filters say they need changed every 2-3 weeks. This one seems to need it every 4-7 days. The water output, and therefore suction, will slow down, indicating the filter needs replaced. Once I put a fresh one in the pump pushes water out quickly and keeps the surface tension broken. It’s amazing for the cost.

This pump is HORRIBLE!!! We bought this as an "upgrade", our pool needed a bigger pump and already we are looking for a new one. The gasket doesn't sit right and will fall easily. Additionally, air keeps filling up in the pump, we turn it off, remove the air, close everything back up tightly beforr turning it back on and within an hour, it's straining to run properly due to the air filled iinside. Seriously, don't waste your money, I'm positive you can find something that will actually work, this is not it!

Bought this to replace my standard pump. I plugged it in and it tripped. I thought maybe that circuit was overloaded so I plugged it in on another circuit and it popped. I took it on a tour of the house and tried 3 other circuits and every time it popped the circuit.Update: they reached out and gave me a refund so I will give them 4 starts for good customer service, try their brand again in the future.

The media could not be loaded. Updated due to seller reaching out, offered to send another one out, but realized they were out of stock, so refund was issued. Product not the best, but pleased with the customer service of the seller!First off the clasps do not tighten. I had to purchase my own due to this. After that I was excited because it was running pretty quiet. However. Less than two week in it is leaking like crazy. I’ve tightened it with all my strength, replaced the filter, made sure O ring was in good shape, etc. what a waste of water. And I don’t have another one on hand so my pool continues to lose water. Says I have to send back for refund, but can’t send back until I get another filter. What a mess!

The first one we got only lasted a day and then died for some reason. This one has been going strong and is doing a great job. I highly recommend this. They had no issued with switching out the bad one for a new one.

The pump came on time as promised, and it worked as promised! I'm using the pump, however the connection hoses were a bit short, or may be I do not know what I'm doing.
