What a lovely starter kit! It has everything you need to get going. The instructions are simple and clear and the outcome is 8 lovely vibrant candles that smell lovely. Highly recommend for those wanting to start exploring candle making or just to make quick, charming gifts for friends and family.

Product of self was really cute and easy to use. The instructions and labels that came with it however... Unfortunately, the English was very poor. The instructions were difficult to follow and the wording on the stickers were a little odd. I bought it for my home educated child to make. I made one as a practice without the instructions and it went well. My child made it with his Granny trying to use the instructions and it was very difficult to follow. They had fun though and it is quite a good price compared to similar kits. It comes with plenty of wax and wicks so we can make more in the future. You barely need to use any of the colour in the candle but put more of the oil fragrance in then you think. They smell beautiful and the colours are very pretty.

Well I have always been fascinated by candles and candle making so I went for the kit. I’m really impressed by the end product, four scents and colours to choose from. It was very easy to make from melting to adding the colouring then scent, just wait patiently for the wax to set then hey presto light the candle. Moving forwards it would make sense to buy a large batch of wax to bring the price right down. Great fun and lovely to look at in the Autumn/winter evenings. There is a set available from the same company but no scents.

Was getting fed up with the candles in the shops, ie wrong colours or wrong smells. So I decided to make my own candles. Bought this kit, it is now a major hobby of mine and I love it. I mix different colours with different scents and different shapes, yes some are a disaster, but a learning curve. For beginners like me, the kit was great to start of with, the tins were great and the instructions were easy to follow. I would highly recommend this kit to any beginner. The only issue with Candle making, is that you want to try new molds, new colours and new scents, but Candle Making is great fun and easy to do.

Some of the Sticker messages didn’t make sense, the actual wax making kit is good , easy to do no complaints there , but when you want to finish with the stickers …… very strange greetings on them , you can’t just put them on and give to anyone, they’ll think your a bit odd! Be better if it was left blank to write your own greeting .

Loved that nearly everything I needed was in the box. This was my first time making candles. The instructions were OK to follow and they did put if you need any extra help you can call them which is great. I didn't need to and they have step by step pictures too. You get 4 x 120g of wax but I would advise to measure as it tells you in the instructions as i had 54g extra so was able to make a couple of extra candles so nothing was wasted. I did hold some lemon back for my extra wax. The scent was strong on all of the fragrances so I am hoping for a great scent throw when they burn. Only things I would like to know is how long it takes for the candles to be ready to burn and how long they will burn for - I know I will find this out when burning but an approx idea would be great on the instructions. Really pleased with my purchase and would recommend.
