i was not comfortable to pay so much for such an item. However when you open the box and start using it, you realize that it is worth for it.. Really good stuff.

This arm is heavily overpriced. I have a lot of Elgato products and overall they all leave something to be desired. The arm is super high in its lowest position. The screw to mount a camera is at 52cm. It is extendable, so why not have it be short and get longer? It can extend a lot but who would mount it on the desk to have it go that high? Even standing in front of the desk, it goes up way to high. All the other arms are a bit of a rip-off. Any other company would have put them all in one package and sold them for a slightly lower price. The other issue, why call it a multi mount? It can only mount one thing at a time. A true multi mount would be able to attach more than one arm to it, this one can attach multi arms in a chain, but not in parallel, meaning it can't hold a camera straight and a light on the side or something like that. Lots of marketing, slightly overpriced but an absolutely solidly built product. No wobble and if you are aware of everything and still want to go for it you won't be disappointed.

I originally had the wall mount only and while it has some adjustment, adding this 2 piece arm allows for much more! It's simple and easy to use, and when you tighten it down it does not move. Highly recommend

Van dit merk en dit bedrag mag je iets goeds verwachten, maar ik kan, nu een jaar in gebruik, niet anders zeggen dan dat dit troep is. Verbazingwekkend hoe ze het voor elkaar gekregen hebben om dit nog zo slecht te fabriceren. Spijt als haren op m'n hoofd dat ik dit ooit heb aangeschaft. 1) Stelrubbers geven extreem af Ik heb bij een ander product nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt; Iedere keer als je de stand verstelt zijn je hele handen zwart van de troep, omdat die rubber knoppen afgeven. Zelfs nog na een jaar gebruik. Ik heb eerder de stand omgeruild met amazon voor een nieuw exemplaar vanwege dit euvel, maar ook het vervangende artikel heeft dit probleem. Alleen geeft deze vervanging pas af na maanden en nu, na een jaar, nog steeds en is het voor mij vermoedelijk te laat om nog geld terug te krijgen vanwege een ondeugdelijk product. 2) Afstellen is een ramp Gewoon losdraaien van een deel om deze af te stellen is er niet bij. De knop komt voortdurend vast te zitten. Iemand schreef dat dit de bedoeling zou zijn als veiligheidsbevestiging, maar dat vind ik onzin. Het is onwerkbaar in de praktijk en je begint regelmatig zelfs te twijfelen of je wel de goede kant op draait, omdat losdraaien ineens vastdraait, maar vastdraaien ook vastdraait. Waardeloos. Overigens ter info; ik heb er ook de arm bij en dat is ook troep, dus vergeet die ook maar. Zelfs een lichte smartphone kan dat ding nog niet eens houden, al draai je alle vleugelmoeren nog zo stevig aan. Het geheel is ook niet stabiel te krijgen en wiebelt met alles mee. Troep.

Je possédais déjà un support de la même marque, mais qu’il fallait visser afin de resserrer l’étau sur le bureau . Le problème c’est qu’à force de visser et dévisser l’étau (je ne souhaitais pas laisser mon support en permanence sur mon bureau), cela ne serrais plus efficacement et il était impossible de stabiliser ma caméra sans que cela tombe… Heureusement avec ce pied large et solide, je n’ai plus qu’à le poser et le tour est joué! Pratique aussi pour le déplacer où l’on veut.
