Spigen Rugged Armor Case Compatible with Sony Xperia 1 III - Matte Black

We pay so much for our phones so shouldn't they be protected? I got this for my Sony Xperia 1 iii and the fit is perfect. I have uninterrupted access to every button and port on the phone and above all the fingerprint scanner works perfectly. The case provides the subtlest of protection for the rear camera lense cluster by sitting slightly proud of the glass. This is then repeated on the main screen and so far I find any swiping left or right is unhindered. The case feels and looks quality with its Matt finish and the all important, it's greasy finger print free. I have dropped my phone twice (no fault of the case) even on concrete and reassuringly everything was completely undamaged. I would buy this brand again if I ever replace my phone.

This product was bought to replace my old wallet style case, the case came in a well packaged and presented box with a small info about the case. The case feels nice in the hand and has a matte style texture which doesn't slip on surfaces or in the hands. I've been using the case for a month now and I've only had 1 issue with it. The close fit to the phone does have a slight grap which just seems to attract dirt and grit so feel like I'm constantly cleaning it. All the cutouts on the case are well thought out and the usually cause for concerns are the camera and screen protection. There is a couple of mm overlap on the case which prevents the screen or camera external lens coming into contact with the surface such as a table which obviously protects against scratches. If you like simple, functional, high quality cases and have the Xperia 1 iii phone, then this is the case for you. If you can answer no to any of them then consider looking at the sellers other options then failing that, Amazon's broader catalogue.

Great product, fits my xperia 1 iii perfectly, with a good solid feel to it. Fingerprint reader is perfectly placed and shaped, and easy to access. The other buttons are covered over, which is great as it stops them getting pushed accidentally, but still, leaves them really easy to access. Doesn't obscure screen at all, and is the perfect thickness to protect that raised expensive zeiss lens on the back. Can't fault this product.

Bought this for my new phone as it looked like it would do the job of protecting it from damage. It's a sturdy item and should handle any little accidents. It's a good fit and all the buttons work as they should including the fingerprint reader. The back sits proud of the camera lens cover to protect it. It's easy to hold as it has tactile grips on the side to stop it sliding around in your hand. It looks good as well. 11th January 2026 - An additional comment, the case finally split, so not too bad when it comes to value for money.

Bought Spigen cases before and they have always done the job. This one for the Xperia 1 III is no different, fits perfectly, raised front and back to protect screen and camera. Slightly sunken area for the power fingerprint button, good attention to detail. Textured sides and all buttons work well.

I was actually pretty hesitant ordering this case as it was cheap lol and figured it may not be of good quality but, boy was I wrong! It's sturdy and just like many other shock proof cases I've had before this is just as good and at such great price! It fits around my phone perfectly, the feel of the case is smooth and design is also sophisticated. I'm truly so happy and glad I went for this. Also, the delivery was super quick! Highly recommend people!

This is a very good case for this phone. All the cutouts are accurate, the material feels sturdy but soft, albeit just a tad slippery. The textured rim and camera button are a nice touch, although it dampens the feedback from the " half press" for focusing the camera. It's a nice slim fit that doesn't diminish the shape or style of the device. It also doesn't affect the wireless charging.
