When my child's vitamin D was low, at 20.2, we switched to this option. Within 2 months the level is now up to 27.2. (goal is 30.0+). I'm very satisfied with this improvement, and will continue this regimen. Additionally, my child much doesn't mind the flavor of the drops and we just put them in a small glass of juice. I appreciate that there aren't a bunch of additional ingredients - I know she's getting what she needs and not a bunch of extra junk.
