Reversed silk screen on mine
The price is very good, and the pair works well together, but be on mine, the silk screening on the output pins (the ones that connect to the Pro Mini) are backwards. (counting from edge left to right) if you connect pin1 to 6, 2 to 5.... you're fine, but check your pins. Vcc and gnd first to check this is true for your board.

Ho acquistato questo adattatore USB a seriale basato su FT232RL per programmare e testare microcontrollori e schede come l’Arduino Pro Mini, e si è dimostrato subito affidabile. Il modulo è compatto, solido e arriva con il cavo mini USB incluso, quindi pronto all’uso senza bisogno di accessori extra. La compatibilità con 3.3V e 5V è molto comoda: basta selezionare il livello di tensione corretto e si può lavorare in sicurezza con diversi progetti. Il riconoscimento da parte del sistema operativo è stato immediato (Windows lo ha installato senza problemi), e la comunicazione seriale è stabile, senza disconnessioni né errori di trasferimento.
