These Purina DentaLife dental chews. are a great treat for my grand dog. His teeth have no tartar or plaque on them. He loves to get one/day. The package is resealable so the chews stay fresh. The ingredients are okay and the chews are a nice size. I think they sit well in his stomach. Very easy to just grab one and he's very happy.

My dog loves these and they do truly help keep her teeth tartar clean! There’s no nasty odor like most dog treats and they’re a great size for my standard poodle.

I order these for my dogs every month ( 7 year old Goldendoodle ) and he absolutely loves these. Sometimes I order from HEB here in Texas, sometimes on Amazon for pure convenience. They are affordable and seem to do a decent job at cleaning. Each stick has ridges and grooves to scrap off plaque and texture and its not too hard or nor too soft. I just wish each one lasted a little longer like a traditional bone since my dog goes through these so quickly lol. My other favorite brand other then these would be the Costco Dental Checkups, I switch between the two often. Retail is just under $8 per bag for about 18 count of Large, where as the dental checkups go for about $18 per bag of 24 count and often out of stock online and Costco no longer sells them at their warehouses. Both of these dental chews are VOHC approved but these are the undisputed value king.

I've tried a number of different dental chews for my two golden retrievers but I believe all in all these seem to do the best job because of their design and my dogs think they're getting a treat they like the taste. I give them each one twice a day after their daily meals. This particular brand costs maybe a little more than some of the others but I honestly feel it does a better job. My two Goldens get a easy to digest calcium supplement daily as well, between that and this product everyday as a regimen, their teeth are strong, clean, and snow white at 8 years of age. And no, I do not hand brush my pups teeth, DentaLife twice daily and a calcium supplement do the job. Been giving them DentaLife and a calcium supplement since the age of 4 after trying some other brands.

My dogs love these and my little Chug’s breath is 100x better. I also do cut them in 1/4ths and give as a final treat every night. Reordering for sure!
