The picture shows 4 balls --- do all 4 come with this "package?"

When I purchased the item in June of '14 the list price was $10.77 for One ball, and the packaging was different. Looks like the same product, but I would ask the seller directly

Training program enclosed? I didnt get any papers included with a training program. Where is this located?

There a couple of things you can use this ball for. One to warm up the shoulder simulating the throwing motion or by doing forward and reverse arm circles. For pitchers, I use it warming up snaps, T's and windmill drills. For my older pitchers (13-14yrs old) I use it to pitch 3/4 speed.
