Ridata Ritek Blu-Ray (BD-R) White Inkjet Hub Printable 4X BD-R Media 25GB 50 Pack in Cake Box (BDR-254-RDIWN-CB50)

Have been burning discs for years and no issues whatsoever.

Ritek, although they don't advertise, has always produced a consistently great product at a great price that stands the tests of time. I've been using their discs for over 10 years and have never had a problem. Helpful Hint: Purchase a good and reliable BD-R burner for great results.

I bought these and burned a lot of back up data. Everything seemed fine. Then I decided to check some of the THIRTY OR SO discs I burned and half the data on each disc is corrupted! I tested two burns today and meticulously checked everything and BOTH had corrupted unusable files! What gives?! Don't get this brand! I did some research online and found a web page from over a decade ago saying this brand is notorious for corrupt discs and coaster burns and that they distribute their product to other brand names to be renamed and resold too! NOT HAPPY! I'VE LOST A LOT OF DATA I FOOLISHLY CUT AND PASTE TO BURN TO DISC INSTEAD OF COPYING AND CHECKING!

Good quality disks. Have yet to encounter any defective media.

I bought 50-disc cakeboxes from Optical Quantum, Plexdisc, Smartbuy, Imation, and Ridata. I burned them all with 24 GB of data on the same BD-R burner at their rated speed, and read them back on 5 different BD readers. If a disc failed readback, I switched BD readers with one that had successfully read back a BD-R disc. Optiical Quantum readback failed at 1 GB on 2 BD burners. Plexdisc failed at 3 GB, and read back very, very slowly (and in fact never completed the full readback) on the second reader. Smartbuy, Imation, and Ritek succeeded readback twice, on different BD readers.

No coasters yet. Don't know how long they will last.

Don't know about longevity. Burns 21 gb ok. And easy to write on surface. Two disks failed to burn sucessfully.

I've been buying these discs for quite some time, and I am very satisfied. I've never had a coaster, and have never had a follow-on failure. Top Notch.
