the hat is rather large but it fits nicely my large 57 mm size head, but they supposed to be big and fluffy- its faux fur, well, I bought it to match my new SG coat with cuffs and collar of faux black fur, I am actually Russian and Cossacks descend from the region of Kuban-so it should match..lol, though I was born in Ukraine, I might update with my photo later on, it looks ok and very warm, covers my ears, which is important to me.

After opening the hat get it wet and wring it out. Pull the lining out and hold it by the lining and shake water out as much as you can. Hang it by the lining and come back to it and shake it some more. Repeat it until it fluffs evenly like it shows in the product picture. My head is 22 inches from forehead to the back and fits very well. This hat is VERY warm! We get sub zero weather sometimes and I know this will do very well.
