I recently purchased this whiteboard and it has quickly become an indispensable tool in my daily routines. This whiteboard boasts a generous size, thoughtful design, and comes complete with a magnetic eraser and markers - it's everything I could ask for in a versatile and functional whiteboard. Firstly, the size of this whiteboard is simply fantastic. It provides ample writing space on both sides, making it perfect for brainstorming sessions, teaching lessons, or collaborative work. I bought this for an upcoming product launch and it is perfect! Great size, great length and sturdy. For the price you can't beat it! Also I reached out to their support and their customer service was excellent, which is rare today.

Upshot: I'm satisfied. As you'll see below, there are some issues, but this is going to meet my need, and there were some pleasant surprises when I got it assembled. I'd buy it again. The delivered package was heavier than I expected, and marked "heavy." Since I had to get it upstairs, this was a bit of an issue, but I managed it on my own (for what it's worth, I'm a 60-something guy; not in bad shape, but not a gym rat. I put a rope around the package and slid it upstairs one step at a time. A helper would be a good idea if you have stairs to deal with). As I explain below, there is an upside to the weight. The assembly instructions are "okay," but not great. When the dust settled they were correct, but there are a couple things that I found confusing, things that I would have changed, including the order of assembly. If the manufacturer would like to reach out to me about this, that would be fine. On the plus side, you don't need any tools: they include the allen wrench, screwdriver, and small wrench that you need. And there are a few extra screws, because some people (like me) can drop/lose one or two. Although I griped a bit earlier about the weight, the structural members are iron, and when you've bolted it together, it is satisfyingly solid. Some of the non-structural bits are not iron, but they don't need to be. Some nice touches: This is a two-sided white board that you can flip over to write on both sides. There is a "capture" mechanism that is surprisingly nice which will keep the whiteboard from wobbling while you write on it, yet nevertheless permits easy "flip" operation. You can flip the board either way, doesn't matter which way. They include some markers and some magnets. The magnets are a nice touch because they actually work. This indicates that there is an iron sheet inside, which a cheaper board wouldn't have. I was pleasantly surprised by this. The markers are nothing to write home about, but they work. You'll want to get more, but you can write on this board right out of the box. Another nice touch: there is a plastic film protecting the whiteboard surface to keep it pristine during assembly. There is one amusing surprise associated with this: when you pull off that plastic film, some Interesting Static Electricity things will happen, and you'll get some dandy jolts as you clear the plastic. So, frankly: it's good. You could get a nicer board of the same size, but it would be more expensive. The "hinge" in the middle is not going to be a problem; I'm not going to notice it. Although it is inexpensive, it is not "cheap." I can think of one mechanical change I would suggest to the manufacturer, but it is pretty minor. If I needed another board of the same size, I'd buy this one again.

Wrong dimension, despite good product. It’s fairly easy to assemble. Thoughtful gesture to provide extra parts (screws) and assembling tools. Looks good in house. Good for brainstorming or class teaching. If any, the diagrams on the instruction sheet can be more descriptive. E.G. indicates right and left sides, front or back. The product quality can be better, but is acceptable given the price. I would have rated it higher if not because of the wrong dimensions (71x39) I received for the product (72x40) ordered. Update: 1. I am impressed by their services as they followed up quickly - acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and offered full refund without the need to return the board. 2. I declined the offer initially, saying that the product is still useful to me. Also, I don’t want them to lose money on the production cost. Besides, it was not my intention to get refund. The purpose of my feedback was simply to let them aware of the situation so they may improve. 3. I appreciate their courage on the admission of the mistake, and their sincerity to compensate me for the inconvenience. 4. They said they would talk to the factory about this rare incident. I also believe it is rare. It made no sense to mass manufacture a board with dimension 71” x 39”, hoping that no customer would notice it. 5. I think somewhere in the manufacturing process might have gone wrong , unexpectedly. 6. To help them talk to the factory, I volunteered to send the photos (with size indication) of my white board to them. 7. All in all, I received one of the best customer services I ever have. Customer Services (rating) :5 8. However, I do not want to mislead them or others to believe the product is 100% perfect. There’s still some room to improve. So, it’s fair to raise my product rating to 4. (May be 4.5 if available)

Whiteboard is a whiteboard. That part is cool 👍 Frame is not even close to being robust enough. You won’t break it, but you won’t enjoy writing on it either.

Board arrived damaged due to shipping and MaxTek was easy to work with to get a quick replacement. Easy to put together and sturdy for what we need.

Get a different board. The white board comes as two pieces and as a result, looks cheap. We're referring to this as our TEMU white board now.
