Quick delivery and arrived very well packaged. Excellent value for money, as 50% more was given free on promotion. It's has a pump action so with my arithus it's very easy to use. As with all cleaning products I always wear rubber gloves to protect my hands. It's a stain remover, I always use cold water where stains are involved as that cooler temperature seems to loosen any of them. You can use a soft clean tooth brush to gentlely work through the stain. You may have to repeat this process several times before the stIn starts to fade away. On very tough stains you may have to use a pre wash liquid before washing the item in the washing machine with the correct washing liquid. One may have to repeat the process a couple of times for very stubborn stains.

I've only had to use this a cuple of times since I've had it. But happy with results so far.

A biro leaked all over our Ducal dining table. It was covered by my daughters homework so we didn't spot the stains for several days. I tried to clean it with whatever products we had on hand but some stains were left, so I ordered the Wipe Out Stain Remover. It did a fantastic job - I wish I'd thought to take the "before" photograph before I'd almost finished as it doesn't do the product justice. There were a couple of very small spots it couldn't get - but only where the table was scratched, but I'm still very impressed.

Disappointed with this. Talks about removing all stains...it doesn't. Tomato stains in clothing despite being treated straight way remained and felt pen doesn't come out of clothing.

No! It does not work at all.

I so pleased to find this on Amazon, after Kleeneze stopped their door to door service, and have now ordered this many times. It is a very effective stain remover, especially if you have pets (or a husband!) and would not want to be without a bottle to hand.

I bought one of these about 10 years ago, I'm just replacing it now. It's excellent. I used it for cleaning the carpet, cat vomit, food and wine stains etc. It's so easy to use and cleans effortlessly. 5 stars, 10 out of 10, highly recommended.
