This is a great product. But I didn't get to use it (although have had it before) because the neck and cap were broken off the bottle. However, it's something you should have in your diet. One spoonful a day is a great source of minerals and vitamins. Be sure to balance this with other glucose count, as it's processed the same way.

I would recommend this product for health reasons, read labels and make your own decisions.
