Amazing pieces of dual fans, quiet and vibrationless. My marantz nr1609 used to get heated up in the enclosed wooden case. Plonked in this set, and the avr now runs ever so cool. I bought this at ₹4.4k absolutely value for money. Pics before and after fitting have been uploaded.

Extremely quiet & great airflow & CFM. You can reverse the airflow if you need (read the manual). AC infinity is a great and reliable brand.

Habe den Lüfter für meine Playstation in ein IKEA-TV Board verbaut. Mit der beiliegenden Schablone ist das Anzeichnen und Sägen ziemlich idiotensicher. In Verbindung mit dem AC-Infinity Controller 2 lässt sich die Temperatur sehr gut einstellen und die Lüfter springen nur an, wenn eine gewisse Temperatur erreicht wird. Ich wollte eine Zirkulation innerhalb des Schrankes errechen, weshalb ich einen Doppellüfter am Boden und einen in der Außenwand des Boardes verbaut habe. Hierfür muss man natürlich die Lüfterrichtung eines Lüfters ändern. Gefühlt muss man hierfür 30 Schrauben lösen und relativ umständlich den Lüfter drehen. Einen Wutanfall später waren die Lüfter aber verbaut und arbeiteten zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Zur Lautstärke kann ich sagen: Wenn der Ton des Fernsehers nebenher läuft hört man sie in der jetzigen Einstellung überhaupt nicht. Im Schlafzimmer würde ich sie aber nicht verbauen, da man bei kompletter Stille im Raum schon ein unterschwelliges Geräusch vernimmt. Aber das geht auf jeden Fall in Ordnung. Genau das, was ich gesucht habe. Aber aufgrund der umständlichen Richtungsänderung 4/5 Sterne!

Here's my Story: I built a large permanent wall unit in my living room. Room for my Stereo and speakers was a big reason. Not being an audiophile I overlooked the heat problem with my old amp. This meant leaving the doors open when it was on ( def wrecked the look) and that was fine unless someone inadvertently shut the doors not checking to see if it was on. It would get really hot! Also, Grandchildren began arriving and those buttons and knobs were like kid magnets! Research led me to the dual 80's. Here are my impressions discoveries: 1. Arrived really fast - To a Canadian address in about 5 days. 2. Quality appearance and construction. 3. Fortunately super low profile as I could only mount at the top. My Dual turntable sits on that part of the counter and the grill ends up sitting at least an inch under the turntable cabinet. The turntable clears it so no vibrations transfer. 4. Installation was easy. A handheld jig saw and a drill really was all I needed. 5. My stereo plays away for ours on end, doors closed and stays as cool as the Fonz at a sock hop! I have the unit plugged in to the back of my amp and the fan set at the lowest speed. 6. Because it screws down tight there are no vibrations issues. I only wish small electronics all came with this kind of build and design quality. As for the noise complaints I read beforehand: 1. Noise. Yes if I am sitting right near the wall unit with no music playing or super low volume , when I listen for it I can tell there is a fan running. With music at even a regular atmosphere type volume you would have to have the ears of a bat to know there is a fan on. 2. With the unit pugged in directly with the adapter the power really is boosted, I imagine if I was running it at medium to high speeds the sound would be pouder but it would be totally uneccessary to run it that fast. I am so very happy with my purchase I keep showing it to friends! Two thumbs up!

Exactly as advertised, packaging is well constructed and product came un damaged. Pros: -super quiet even on full speed -xbox in a 7" x 18" alcove and overheats in the past, fans keep it nice and cool all day. -template makes for easy install -face plate looks neat and professional -came with all hardware for multiple mounting types and has east to follow instructions. Cons -speed selector switch gets warm if left on overnight -fans blow out of cabinet with no way (without major disassembly) to reverse air flow (if desired)
