Liquid Health Products Optimum Joint (Formerly Opti-Glucosamine) 32 Fluid Oz

The first thing I noticed was that the taste was unusual, somewhat pungent. I’m not a scientist, so I’m not able to properly discuss whether or not the product is effective. I do know that my knee doesn’t hurt as long as I take it. The only outstanding thing I can say about it is that the taste is a little unusual, but it’s easy to get used to.

Bought this 2 yrs ago for pain in my hand. Worked miracles, Ithe pain still haven't come back. This time though I discovered it contained shellfish. Took it before I read the bottle, because I had taken it before. I had the usual swelling and pain associated with my allergy. The pain in my hip lessened with that one dose for a day. I don't know if they changed the formula or what, but I wish I could take it again. If you are not allergic to shellfish and have joint pain this is the product to use.

The flavor is good. The ingredients look great! I will give it 30 days to see some improvement. (I just received it) Update: Love this stuff!! I have been using it for a little over a month and have noticed a big difference. I’m able to work outside for many hours with much less pain!

It seems to be working but it is on the tail of another brand so I don’t know if this one has kicked in. Due to absorption issues I have to take a liquid form of joint supplement if I want optimal benefit. It is also the only way to get my Husband to take it. The taste is quite vile. To get it down I knock it back like a whisky shot and follow with something like my coffee to kill the taste. To me, it is worth the taste for the potential result.
