This is the 4TH time I have purchased this product for my Mother who is on a liquid diet. She is thoroughly enjoying it. The different varieties available allows her to experiment ,and gives her a change from the usual. Please keep on introducing more Flavors. Great product for the elderly .

Sprouted foods are good for babies
Babies can't eat as raw as it doesn't taste, we need to mix 1scoop rice powder and 1 scoop tummy friendly pack, then babies will feel good to eat. They have given jaggery powder also, I don't want to give sugar to my baby till 1y, so I'll just add baby formula a little to add taste. Sprouted foods are good for babies health and digestion especially ragi, no other products are sprouted except these. Loved it.

Lumpy.
The water required to stir the product is much more than what is mentioned on the pack. Lumps remain if you don't stir even for a second. It's an okay product, can be used if you are going out or in an emergency.
