These knee wraps are the best. I finally replaced an old pair of wraps I had been using at home for 20 years that had lost their elasticity and were becoming frayed. These wraps are extremely well built. You can wrap as loose or tight as you want with no trouble, and they are so strong, you can wrap them so tight that you start cutting off circulation in your legs (but don't). The support they give is outstanding, and they gave me enough confidence to start squatting heavier again in my old age. I really like the way the Velcro ends taper down to a smaller width at the end, and the last wrap aligns perfectly with the other side of the Velcro. Super high quality all the way around, and I expect these to outlast me! I should have replaced my old wraps years ago.

Long over due…. I’ve had these since Sep 17, 2021. I’m finally buying a new pair this prime day (10/2025) because the Velcro is giving away and it’s a bit too stretchy from its original form. I’d say these are well worth the price and durability after 4 years of heavy use and routine washing. For anyone going back and forth between wraps and neoprene sleeves - wraps provide superior support. The fact these are Velcro help with putting them on. Albeit, wrapping your knees tightly still take time to do vs having a sleeve on. Good trade off in my opinion (pushing more weight but longer set up time).

Great wraps, decent support. I kinda wish they were a bit longer for more wrap support. My knees are right around 15 inches/42cm. I like to wrap above and below as well as directly over top of the knee and these scraps aren't quit long enough for that with my legs. If you have larger legs these may not be the straps for you but should be fine for most.

This is not so much a review of the brand but more about the wrap itself. 52 yrs old. On and off wannbe strength trainer. I recently started strength training again. I guess old age is catching up to me. Knees click when i straighten them. Slight pain when squatting. It got to the point that i would have major pain as i would get to my working set. 3 sets of 5. the last 2 reps were excruciating pain. In right knee. I started to emphasize the left leg to try to take some weight off the right side. After a set, i would set down and the pain would slowly subside. No pain at all on off days and at the beginning of work out. All the way to the working sets. I tried a knee wrap, sleeve thing. It felt worse. I had missed a workout though so i don't know if it was from the sleeve or the missed workout. But it was very bad. Next workout was back to normal, very painful but not as bad as with the sleeve. I bought these wraps. I didn't use them for the warm up sets. last warm up rep was 20% less than my working 3 sets of 5. I put the wraps on both knees. OMG. NO PAIN. the first set was amazing. I could feel the additional assistance that the wraps give but the main thing is that it was Pain free squats. I literally started smiling during the set. The 2nd set i started feeling a slight pain again. i took it off and re wrapped a little tighter. Bam, no pain. I hope this continues as i continue to add weight. This review is about the wraps. I don't now if it was from the brand or if any wrap would have given the same result. i will never do max wieght reps again without putting these wraps on. I hope someone that is having pain reads this and trys and i hope it works for you also. To be able to focus all on the effort of lifting the heavy weight instead of focusing on, OMG is this going to hurt more. it was something i had forgotten about and it was so nice to get back.

I've been buying the same color and brand for a long time now. My husband and I use them for the gym, and they're very good. Of course, you have to replace them eventually, but they last long enough and are well worth the price. They're very good quality and last a long time. I highly recommend them

company video is wrong how to put on knee wraps, you start from the top town and med to med high tension, cross over but not on the patella. the patella must be free of wrap material otherwise you will damage the patella. the wraps could have been made of stronger material not to give after 1 month of every day use.

I've never used any knee wraps like these before so I wasn't too sure what they'd do for me but now that I've tried them I do think the extra support they provide is very helpful for lifting weights and reducing the possibility of knee strain. For those reasons these are definitely good to have and should be especially useful to me going forward since I'm starting to get older now (just turned 40 lol). I just wish I knew about these years ago after I had a nasty bike accident that sent me flying over my handlebars and caused my right knee to slam down really hard on the concrete. I suffered with pain in that knee for a very long time afterwards and didn't think it would ever go away until I inadvertently cured it with gelatin powder of all things. I started taking that as an extra protein/collagen source and to help with exercise recovery but to my amazement it also healed my knee and made the pain completely disappear. If you have any similar injuries I highly recommend doing some research on this and trying it yourself. (great for other problems like arthritis too) I was also impressed with how well made these knee wraps are and I don't forsee the material losing it's elasticity any time soon. I just hope the velcro will stand up to abuse but only time will tell with that. Wrapping the knees is a very easy process but can take a bit of extra fiddling and experimentation to achieve the desired amount of tension. Like some of the other reviewers mentioned they can slip a bit at times but I bet the same would happen with any other brand as well. Overall I think these knee sleeves are very useful and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for extra knee support. *I did receive these at a generous discount for posting my honest review.
