This shell key fob worked perfectly with my 2015 Tahoe. I was able to easily open my old fob and remove the board and battery and put it into the new fob. The old key fit into the new fob, so I didn’t have to get a new one cut. I read a review that said you can use your old fob back on the new fob if you want to keep your emblem. (Mine is the Chevy bow tie) The old fob back does NOT fit on the new fob. If you really want the emblem, you can pop it off the old fob back with a screwdriver and glue it on. Definitely recommend this fob! Shipping was very fast, the fob was super easy to switch out. I am going to place an order for my spare fob next.

If it only had the car brand on it, you wouldn't be able to differentiate from original. But worth the money.

This does not have the Chevy emblem on it. But the quality and weight is very nice. Even my son noticed. It was easy to switch the pieces out and replace my aging key fob. I actually prefer it to the OEM one and will be replacing my other key fob.
