It is interesting to read this book if you have already read bible,otherwise you will not understand it

The book helps you rewire the way you look at challanges and difficult situations in life. There is an activity given at the end of each chapter which helps relate with the chapter better and helps in dealing with our problems on real time basis as we proceed.

Eu li alguns comentários negativos a cerca da capa, só que foi meio hilário, porque é normal livros serem assim, e isso não quer dizer que capa está descolada, é apenas uma edição capa dura lisa com escrito apenas nas laterais. Particularmente tem um certo charme. Gente, esse livro não é descolado tá!? Achei linda a edição, fiz um plano devocional no youversion que era baseado nesse livro, então sei que deve ser ótimo e vai me ajudar muito a praticar meu inglês!

This book will change the way you think about your life. It will also help you to understand the way our brain works so that you can be better equipped to get a new perspective on why we think the way we do. I heartily recommend it. I went through it with a small group of people which resulted in us being open about our struggles and encouraging each other to face up to and change unhelpful ways of thinking and to establish new patterns of helpful thoughts.

This book is great to read. Thank you Craig for putting so much heart into it and honestly sharing your own struggles. I love the questions at the end of every chapter. Will continue to think about them for a while
