Very good butcher knife and sharp

I've always wanted a good size cleaver and this one is just right for me. I buy chicken leg quarters and it easily separates the drumsticks from the thighs. It's very nice for chopping steaks and pork also. Nice handle and very sharp. Great price.

I ordered and received this cleaver. It had good weight, feel and price but the handle was not Tightly sealed against the tang, which would allow moisture to enter between. Other reviews mentioned the same experience so I sent it back.

This cleaver was above my expectations. I have been searching for months for a strong and sturdy Meat Cleaver and so far this product checks all the boxes. Its much heavier than anticipated but that's exactly what I was looking for. I paid over $80 for name brand Meat Cleaver and quite honestly, I am reluctant to use it as I am fearful that it will bend the first time it hits a bone. I have confidence that this cleaver will devour all bones fresh or frozen and of all sizes. This product is honestly heavy enough and thick enough to use in a knife/axe throwing competition, it would be fun to throw this cleaver into a block of wood or a tree. The handle appears sturdy, however I noticed that some of the rivets are not uniform with the handle and stick out a little. However, overall I am quite satisfied with this product.
