With lockdown and post-partum recovery I have been feeling and looking a little lack-lustre. Purchased this along with the bovine collagen powder to give me a much needed boost. After taking a daily capful of this for 3 weeks I have noticed my hair and nails feel strong and shiny, and have grown rapidly. Have gotten comments that my skin is glowing from the inside! Super easy to take as it's in a liquid form, it has a nice fruity taste, could be too tart/sour for some palettes so you could dilute it with hot or cold water or put it in your favourite herbal tea. I just take it neat as I enjoy it like this. This, along with the collagen powder are on my list to re-purchase.

I am a subsided buyer for this collagen liquid I love it so much. Since I started taking it 5 months ago. I feel amazing. people have commented on how bright my skin is. I can see it myself it just glows. I have always had quite dry dull skin. I am in my 50s this has been a game changer. wouldn't be without it now. great value for money. feel like I no longer suffer from aches and pains like I used to before taking it.

I had been buying various fish/marine based liquid collagen pouches as they were very convenient and tasted nice but the costs mount up and all the plastic is a bit wasteful so I decided to try liquid collagen in a bottle. I paid £21.99 in Oct 2023. Quite a few reviews said this had a nice fruity taste. Taste is subjective but I would say this smells worse than it tastes. It smells bovine/beefy but the taste is a mix of bovine/fruity berry but luckily there is no aftertaste so once you've swallowed it it's gone. You could always dilute it or have a drink afterwards. It's much nicer tasting and easier than trying to put powdered collagen in meals or in beverages (I couldn't stomach the taste or faff of doing that) and better value than pouches so I think I can keep up with taking a shot of this a day, it's not too bad once you get used to it. I would recommend giving it a try and see what you think. I haven't tried the marine based version. It comes with a dosage cap which is useful. It's 20 days worth (25ml a day, 500ml bottle). Can't really comment on it's efficacy yet but someone did say my skin was looking good (unprompted) which is a good sign.

I was worried about the taste after reading so many strange reviews. In fact the liquid is not unpleasant in taste. I personally think of it as of a medicine and as such it is actually nice. Even better, in order to rinde the measuring cup i fill it up with same small ammount of water and drink it and I do this twice before I dry the cup with a little tissue paper. The water creates in my mouth a very nice sweet aftertaste. I guess the collagen can be diluted from the beginning but I already would have had my morning hydration maximum and so this is enough. Nice.

Can someone advise how this taste normally 🤔bI have just bought this for the first time and it tastes awful and smells badly 😳. Is this normal or the product has some problems or sort? Smells of long dead something 🤔🤔🤔😳

Does the job, no complaints. Taste is as you would expect, not great but you knock it back in a few seconds.

I was advised by my surgeon to take collagen a month before surgery as it would help me heal quicker with less scarring. I'm now 3 months post op and am continuing to take it as the improvement in my skin, hair and nails is impressive. My surgery scars are fading and my skin feels healthy. The skin on my face is plump and dew-ey, my hair is thicker and my nails stronger. Collagen is one of the supplements that really does work.
