Works great to remove etchings on marble countertops
I have a white marble bathroom countertop and two beige bathroom countertops. All three were in bad shape, especially around the sinks. Etchings from makeup, toothpaste, various soap products, and spilled CLR made these countertops look pretty bad. Other than calling in the professionals and spending at least $600 to clean up the mess, I decided to give MB Stone MB-11 a try. The bad news is it takes a lot of rubbing using significant force to remove the stains on the countertops. The etching made by the CLR were the hardest to remove. It took multiple times applying the compound to a moist rag and rubbing the etching to remove the stains. The good news is this product saved the day. Following the directions, I was able to remove all the etchings and made the countertops look almost new. It took me the better part of 5 hours to do all three countertops, but it was well worth the effort. I did buy this product from Amazon's warehouse deal for $31, which was a great value. The next project is to seal the countertops, which is needed to prevent future stains. I would highly recommend MB-11 for a DIY project. It is not messy and doesn't require any buffing equipment (just elbow grease). It really works, but it is time-consuming, and I guarantee your hands and fingers will be sore when you are done. The powder goes a long way, I still have 2/3rds of the jar left after completing my project. I have attached a before and after picture of one of the countertops. I would recommend MB-11 and would purchase it again.

Saved My Travertine Floors! (But Plan for a Second Pass)
I had a terrible lemonade spill on my travertine tile floors which resulted in two very noticeable, dull etch marks. I was skeptical about any product that could fix acid damage, but I decided to try MB Stone MB-11® Touch-Up Etch Remover. I applied it to the etched areas exactly as directed. The difference after the first treatment was significant! The worst of the dullness is gone, and the marks are definitely less noticeable. While the damage isn't totally vanished, I believe a second treatment will get it much closer to perfect. If you have light etching on polished stone like travertine, this is absolutely worth the investment before calling a professional. It improved the area enough that I can easily live with it, and I'm optimistic a second round will finish the job. Highly recommended for DIY etch removal.

Worked great
This stuff works! We are in a rental and the previous tenants took poor care of the marble countertops. Alltough some etching didn’t budge, it did a great job taking off some of it. Our counters are sparkling! Beware smell is strong and it did make me a little lightheaded. Open the window when using, and wear a mask.

Open package and no seal on jar
I've ordered this product twice and both times received an open product box with no kind of seal on the jar. So I have no idea if the product has been tampered with or used. Had to return them.

Helped a little
This product helped a little on our marble countertop but didn't solve the problem. We were trying to fix an etched ring from vinegar. Seemed like we needed more water to make a paste than the instructions described.

Pretty good but no miracle worker. Requires elbow grease.
My marblelite counters were a mess from several years of being unsealed. Chemicals, water, contact lens solution... we had it all. I finally tried this and it cleared up more than 50% of the stains. The others have become less visible in direct light. I used a car detailing drill brush attachment and laid into the paste for several applications (close to 45 minutes total). I imagine that newer, surface level stains could be removed by hand as they describe.

Very good, removed haze from abrasive cleaner that nothing else would
This is just about perfect as far as polishing compounds go for polished light colored natural marble. It is not a magic bullet, this is a chemical that does the job for you - it’s a compound that requires real elbow grease and some degree of technique to do a job that otherwise can’t be done. It removed a hazy circle from an area that was polished with a compound that was too abrasive in a way none of the other four items I tried could. It takes effort and maybe even a little practice, but if you want to remove etch marks, haze or just restore a brilliant shine to polished natural marble it’s worth the money.

Saved My New Quartzite
I had two cup rings on my brand new quartzite countertop and was so upset when I noticed them — I honestly started to panic. I found this product after reading all the great reviews and decided to give it a try. I used it today, and it completely lifted the stains! It was super easy to use — I didn’t even have to scrub for long — and now my countertop looks brand new again. I’m so relieved and impressed. Highly recommend!

In a cleaning frenzy I left a bottle of bleach on a marbled surface, I couldn’t un-see it and thought I’d ruined the surface with this etch. It was driving me nuts. Until I did a little research and discovered this miracle product. With very little effort it had vanished. 100% worth every cent. Please don’t be discouraged by negative reviews. THIS ABSOLUTELY WORKS! See my before and after pic. Just purchased a second tub for relatives who have tried everything else and have been quoted thousand$ for repair jobs from professionals. My tip…. Do it yourself and don’t get scammed into thinking it’s irreparable. Thank you to whoever invented this. Your degree was worth it. ONE VERY HAPPY AND RELIEVED CUSTOMER HERE 🙌🏻

I have watched a few Youtube etch stain removal video before buying the product. It works really well! For larger stain, you might have to work a few rounds to remove it flawlessly. Overall, very satisfied with the product! Remember to keep your gloves on while scrubbing, I was too excited with the result and forget to put my glove back after feeling the smooth surface, I had accidentally continue to scrub without my glove and my fingers felt pretty itchy after that. The etch remover is awesome, just don't do silly thing like me.

I was skeptical about this product because I tried basically everything to remove etched stains from my marble countertop and nothing worked. I think I didn’t follow the instructions for this product correctly at first and I even requested a refund. But then I tried again and followed the instructions precisely and it does work like a miracle!!!! It’s unbelievable! My marbles countertop looks shiny and better than ever! (Just a tip. Do not use a soda paste to remove the etchings as Google recommends. It will make it worse).

It works. My marble bench got a small etch. I used this product to touch up the marble. It worked. The itch has been removed.

I was sceptical that this produce would work as i had etch marks from orange juice. To my surprise, it worked after just 10 minutes of application and cleaning. It does leave a residue that will go away after cleaning the marble floor a few times.
