Love, love, love this faucet. I received one from a different company and had a horrible time trying to hook it up. So, I read some reviews on this one and thought I’d give it a whirl, it was so easy to hook up. I had the old one off and this one hooked up in under 30 minutes. It’s built super sturdy, I certainly wasn’t expecting it to be as heavy built as it was. I was very impressed with its size and weight. It looks great and the functionality is spectacular. I’m able to work it with one hand. I love the fact that the button that switches between sprayers is made out of plastic and not rubber, it will definitely last longer than my last one made out of rubber. The water pressure is spot on for the standard flow and for the sprayer. I’m very impressed with its ability to spray off stuck on foods. I can’t wait to use it for years to come.

I will need time to see long-term performance, but my first impression is excellent. Overall, this faucet delivers both in product quality and customer care. I bought this to replace an old, beat up faucet. The new faucet was packaged very well—lots of padding to protect everything. Instructions were extremely easy to follow (if you’ve installed a faucet before, there is nothing different about this one). The weight for the pull-down hose is very heavy and does a good job at retracting the hose. The faucet swings easily from side to side and the sprayer function works well. My ONLY complaint about this faucet is the plastic switch for the sprayer is a very cheap plastic. It seems like it will break very easily if you aren’t careful. Other than that, the rest of the faucet is incredibly high quality and sturdy. For the price, this was beyond worth it.

I ordered the brushed tin extendable length faucet. Great product, especially for the price. I really don't see the reason to pay several times more for a faucet of similar design. Very easy to install. The hardest part is removing the old faucet, specifically the faucet nut. After a bit of struggle and decent amount of force it will eventually come loose. Though it would help if you bought a faucet nut removing tool. A strap wrench can also be useful for some parts of removal and installation. The stream and spray functions work as expected with no issues encountered. If you buy the extendable length faucet be sure to email WEWE for a deck plate if you want one. The only slight complaint I have is that the faucet head hangs fairly low over the sink. It would be nice if the faucet were raised a little higher. However, it's not really a big deal since the faucet easily swings left or right so it can be moved out of the way easily. Personally, I'd definitely recommend the extendable version of this faucet. I also ordered the reverse/ osmosis, drinking water tap, also in the brushed tin finish to match my regular kitchen faucet. Again a very easy install. With the drinking water tap, as others have mentioned, buy your own 3/8" to 1/4" or 1/4" to 1/4" quick connector. The ones you get from Home Depot or Lowe's will be better quality than the ones included with tap, and they're very cheap to just buy on your own.

Looks great and is very easy to install. Seems to be of good general quality that will last for at least as long as the American Standard that was there before. The weight on the line helps to keep the sprayer snug to the retaining clip when not in use. Only two minor complaints. The first is obvious in the photos, but I didn't notice: The nut that attaches the hose to the sprayer is chrome/steel, so it doesn't match the matte black finish. It is as pictured in the listing, so that's my fault for not noticing. The other minor complaint is that the model/safety info (UPC tag) is etched into the front of the faucet when installed correctly with the knob on the right (allowing hot to be back instead of forward), so it's just weird to see that etching visible (this part seems more like a manufacturing error than an intentional placement). I would have rated 5 stars if this was on the back, although most people don't notice it the way I do. I purchased the matching escutcheon as well, since my sink is drilled for three holes and a sprayer. Everything fit and matched perfectly. The photos below show the faucet at a distance (etching barely visible), the close up of the steel hose nut clashing with matte back clip and arm, and a close up of the etching on the front with visibility to the faucet knob to show correct orientation.
