This sauce is really hot. Right when you taste it, you get strong heat and a sharp vinegar flavor. It honestly tastes like straight habanero to me, even though it is made with Carolina Reaper and Dragon’s Breath peppers. I have never tried Carolina Reaper or Dragon’s Breath peppers by themselves before, but the heat and flavor remind me a lot of habanero. It definitely burns your mouth, and your eyes and nose will feel it too. You get real pepper flavor along with the burn. I like that it is sodium free and salt free. It does not taste watered down or full of extra stuff. The texture is just right, not too thick and not too runny, exactly what you would expect from a simple pepper and vinegar sauce.

This is Jersey Girl Hot Sauce 🔥🔥 that I got from Amazon. I've been hearing a lot about the Jersey girl hot sauce on the Facebook hot sauce group pages that I've come across that it's some good stuff. The white one is the first one that I tried of their hot sauces. All their hot sauces are sodium free. You get the full flavor of the ingredients in it from vinegar, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, peppers, onion, lime juice, sugar, garlic salt and water. They locally grow their own peppers. With the white bottled one I can taste Jamaican Scotch Bonnets, scorpion peppers, habanero peppers, and red jalapeno peppers. It has a good burn and spice to it. With any hot sauce that I try. I always try it on a chip first or a cracker to get the full flavor of the hot sauce first. The first bottle is white it's got a great burn great flavor the heat is good. I would definitely give the white bottle a 10 out of 10 as a good hot sauce to have on eggs that I had this morning and for dinner was a smoke turkey sandwich that had vegan Hellman's Mayo with lettuce tomato onion with Baby Swiss cheese that has the hose in the cheese. And before I slapped it together I put quite a bit of the Sizzlin hot sauce on the Mayo. And for the bread I use organic Dave's Killer Bread the multigrain. Let me tell you what. The white Sizzlin basically kick some flavor into the sandwich that brought the lettuce onions tomatoes mayo and the cheese together to bring it a unique flavor in a sandwich that I've never had before. I've had a lot of turkey sandwiches over the years but adding a hot sauce that brought flavor to the beginning and to the end of the sandwich was excellent. I should have taken a picture of my sandwich it was so good. Now for the other two hot sauce bottles that I got yesterday that's hotter than the sizzling one. Because if you look at the peppers on sizzlin there are four peppers 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🔥 peppers on it. If you look at the Scorching Black label bottle it has 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ that means it's hotter than the other one that I have that's the white labeled. If you see on a hot sauce label of symbols of Fire there are multiple fires or you see peppers that are multiple peppers or less peppers or fires the last means mild the more of the symbols mean hotter. But everybody is different when they try hot sauces. So I am looking forward to trying the black labeled one. I keep coming back for more! Always new flavors to try and this one is by far my favorite. Just the perfect heat for my guests that don’t enjoy super spicy hot sauce, but want something different than the generic stuff!

This is a nice mild, vinegar based hot sauce. The spice hits my tongue but doesn't do any further so it's good for the dishes I want a little heat but not to have to sweat through it. It's generally pretty versatile, I've used it on chicken , pasta, tacos etc. the vinegar is a very prominent flavor and it is a little thinner than I'm used to but that doesn't really take away from it. Overall I think it's a good value for the price I paid and I gave it 4 stars only because it's kind of liquidy.

Promising but not salted enough. It’s medium thick, spice level decent. Only real negative, it needs salt to help the flavor which is there.

Pepper head for years, have bought fresh pods of all types to enjoy, tried tons of sauces. This is some of the hottest sauce you'll find that doesn't use capsaicin extract, which is a cheap way for companies to cobble a hot sauce together. This is both ferociously hot AND absolutely delicious with zero of that medicinal taste you'll find in other ultra hot sauces. Fresh ingredients you can taste with none of the BS extract used to ramp up the hotness. This is not a paid promotion, I am from NY and actually hate New Jersey. But the people making this sauce have something really special here. Incredible assault on the taste buds, cannot recommend this stuff highly enough to my fellow heat junkies.

This is my new favorite everything sauce! I bought it to make the viral hot honey bowl but I didn't want to only taste heat. This is the perfect amount of heat and incredible flavor! I just ordered another bottle because I never want to be without! Thank you Jersey Girl!
