I needed to understand my heart rate and oxygen due to health issues. When I'm feeling unwell or somethings not quite right I can rule out specifics quickly. This is a single button the put your finger in it. Works flawlessly and even beeps it's little head off if your heart rate is too high. It's a great but if kit to have in the first aid draw.

It’s okay, but doesn’t give accurate readings. It’s quite loose? I don’t know why but it moves from side to side quite a lot (not when it’s on my finger, the actual top bit of the device moves as if it’s not been fitted on properly). Because of this, I can’t get any proper readings unless I hold it together but that itself doesn’t give me any accurate readings either. Disappointing to be fair, I’ve read amazing reviews so I had some high expectations.
